Question: hi there, i could do this job for you, subject to me being able to pick up in syracuse lunchtime/early afternoon tomorrow (tue 03/11). delivery in ME would likely be on wednesday morning, but thursday at the latest. If these timings work, i would plan to submit a bid around the $325 level. i have $25,000 of cargo insuance, am hard working, reliable, clean-cut, reliable & respectful. thanks so much alastair (3/10/2008)
Response: Hello, Thank you for coming forward, however, this is a single rug, and would only be cost effective if you were adding it to another shipment going to the same general area, bringing the rate down to the $85/$100 range. Thanks anyway (3/10/2008)
Response: I fully understand and am respectful.......... I had it in my mindthat it was a larger roll of carpet and not an area rug/. While I will be coming right past you in Syracuse on my way back from OH, the journey to Saco would be a dedicated trip from my home in MA and a 150 mile round trip. I can rationalise a floor of $115 to you, netting me $100 after UShip fees. Hope that this may work for you. I'll resubmit a bif fot $115 if you are areeable. Regards Alastair (3/10/2008)
