Response: Hi Jason! I have a quote for $350 with Painted Oaks Transport, Inc. They were going to transport my horse around Nov 7, but had a problem with getting a release on one of the groups of horses they were hauling so they now can do my shipment near the end of Nov. Response: Hello, Geoff. I am still trying to connect with one lady to see about hauling the horse out to OH. If I can get a shipment in both directions economically it is better for me to just haul the things in my suburban with the enclosed utility trailer. Im not sure if I could drop the price down to 350.00 or not though. I could probably go 425.00, but that is the lowest but I will pick up exactly when I say I will. Keep looking if you want and hope you can get a better deal. However, quick words of wisdom don't leave your phone number on emails that is against uship policy. thanks jason (10/30/2007)

Response: Yes, between the 6th and 10th would be good for me if the seller can get the Coggins and Health Certificate in hand by the 6th. The seller's vet was not available to try and schedule an appointment until Monday the 29th of October. I'm probably going to book soon with another shipper from a different web site who quoted me $325 unless you are $300 and that is much less than you quoted, but maybe you now have more horses to haul to the Batavia, NY area? Response: Hi again! Well, the person I'm buying my horse from says she will have a current Coggins and Health certificate by the 7th of Nov. So, I went to book with the people that quoted me $325 and they are now saying it will be a week to ten days later than Nov. 7th and further, the price is now $350. If you are interested in doing the hauling around the 7th of Nov. for a total price of $350 I will sign with you right now.
