Response: Do you have an estimated time when you will be unloaded in Oxnard, CA tomorrow? I received an offer (from what I thought was an independent carrier, however, it was revealed that he is broker.) Anyway, I would prefer that you handle the shipment, but, I want to be certain to "confirm the cancellation" tomorrow morning to avoid any conflicts. I will let you know as soon as receive/confirm of the cancellation.
Also, I would prefer delivery on Friday or Saturday since the marina service center is closed on Monday.

Response: I am to unload around noon or later.I will be there when they open but have to wait until wiring of the funds is complete before unloading.They are to do that 9;00am so I should be out of there by noon or after lunch.I too need to get down there quickly so pick up and delivery will be asap.I need confirmation as soon as possible to get permits ordered.I am desperatly searching to load something so please commit if you feel you can use the spot.I have a sailboat to load the 29th in South Texas.thanks tduncan55 (6/21/2009)
Response: I will say tenativley "yes" to allow you to handle the shipment, but, I can I let you know by 10:00am tomorrow (Monday) to confirm that I've got a cancellation with the broker and accept with Uship.
