Response: : FL as titles for boats but not trailers, you will need to register in your home state and then you can use the boat for up to 30 days in any one period in FL with being a visitor, GA I am unsure about but the info is available via the internet, there will be plenty of storage facility's in Augusta. I will be leaving FL on Tuesday delivering a boat to VA so get with me as soon as you can there are a couple of people that need/want the trailer and first come first served on that too.9/6/2009

Is this listing still active, or has it been abandoned? Please realize, and we're sure you do, due to the width of the boat, it will require over-width permits in each state it travels in or through. Also some states may restrict night and weekend transportation. With fuel escalating daily to around $.27/Mile and $1-million of general & vehicle ins. with $250,000 boat specific ins. running approx. $.31/Mile, plus Driver pay and expenses, DOT license, permits, and numbers, physicals, vehicle & trailer maintenance; and drug & alcohol programs, legal transporter cannot transport for less than a $1.25/Mile and still make some kind of profit. And, with a legal transporter, you don't have to worry that your boat will be impounded, fines leveled, or if there is a breakdown, your boat isn't sitting along side the interstate somewhere.
