Response: I have thought about this, and decided not to honor your request. You as the service provider should have read the complete details about the measurments of the shipment,it was written 8 feet in width therefore you should have known it would not fit in your trailer even though the correct measurments were only 7' 7" Sorry for any inconvenince that you were told by the seller and not ME (11/12/2009)

Response: your seller told me he measured it and you backed him up...you both knew my trailer width before you accepted my bid, i made sure before i bid...you are not being truthfull....you accepted my bid knowing my trailer width...you cost me a fortune and my only request was that you reimburse me for fuel for the 6oo miles i wasted...when i ask in court it wont be for fuel...this is on your shoulders and you know it...chuck (11/12/2009)

Response: You stated that I backed the seller up on, (His measurments) this is not true. After I accepted your bid I gave you the seller's information and phone# and you coordinated with him. I could not have given you the measurments, as I had no way of knowing because I have never actualy seen the plane except on ebay. (11/13/2009)

Response: The wings were taken off for a pickup and he took $432.00 and never picked up the plane, then I paid to have them put back on. I hired a pilot to ferry the plane back to Utah there goes another bundle of money out the door $800.00 he got to the plane and he could not fly it because it was different from any other he had flown before, now I have to have them paid to be taken back off $275.00 and $325.00 to have them on. The wings will be off before you pick it up. (11/13/2009)
