Questions for this shipment:

Question: Can this be delivered one week earlier? I can pick it up on the 17th of July and deliver by the 20th or 21st. Is it rodaworthy? Thanks. GZ TOP. (6/16/2006)
Response: Dear GZ TOP: Thank you for responding. The answer is yes, it is roadworthy, and leaving early will partially depend on price of your bid, and whether it can be arranged on my end. (6/16/2006)
Question: Is this a travel trailer or a motor coach? (6/17/2006)
Response: Neither. It's a 30 ft. 5th wheel, requiring a 5th wheel hitch to pull. Do you have a bid? (6/17/2006)
Question: No I don't have a bid. At this time I can not make your window of shipping. I maybe able to make a bid on monday. I just thought it might help to get a little more info. (6/18/2006)
Response: Thank you! (6/18/2006)
Question: Hello... Are there any additional items in the R.V. that would add to the weight, ie household items, tools, etc?? I can pick up your 5th wheel on July 26th and deliver it on July 28th for $2500... Don (6/18/2006)
Response: If you sent a response to my response, I did not receive it. My computer shut down just at the moment when the "you have new mail" message appeared. Can you re-send your last message? Thanks. (6/18/2006)
Question: Thank you for your response... We know we are high but with the cost of fuel these days it is necessary. If we can find a back-haul we can cut the cost quite a bit... Don @ Bestway (6/18/2006)
Response: Don: Thanks for your honesty, and I am a praying Christian who believes all things are possible wtih God. I will pray that you will find a back-haul, so that I can have peace about the cost of my shipment. (6/18/2006)
Question: Dear Shipper, I am contemplating carrying a vehicle to california if my bid is accepted. I own a 39 foot fifthwheel myself and I have the proper vehicle to pull it with, a C5500 GMC 4DR tow unit equipped with a generator and air compressor for tire repairs and minor repairs if necessary. If my other bid is accepted, I think I could haul your RV within your time frame. Please give me two days to send you a reasonable bid. (6/19/2006)
Response: 3rdrecon: Can you provide a price at this time, and has your other bid been accepted? Let's talk! Thanks, lillamb12 (6/19/2006)
Question: I can deliver within your timeframe in July. It would be flatbedded, on a lowboy trailer. $1500 (6/19/2006)
Response: fabofabo: Your bid is great, I am trusting it includes gas and there are no other charges? Also, there is another bidder who needs a day or two to get in his bid, so I want to give him that courtesy. Will you wait a day or two for an answer? Thank you. (6/19/2006)
Question: Sure, I can hold off until you accept my bid. The total amount would be the $1500. Cash only however. Fabian (6/19/2006)
Response: Fabian: If you are still active with uShip and reading these messages, I accepted a lower bid this week. Thanks for trying to work it out anyway. --Chris (6/19/2006)
Question: I have a hitch for my lowboy trailer, I would first bring to my area the trailer, normally towed. There I would have my flatbed trailer positioned at the perfect location where I load and unload low to the ground vehicles (steep driveway, thus leveling the ramps to the flatbed). Back onto the flatbed your trailer. Strap axles, hitch and rear bumper to the lowboy trailer. Then tow both home to you. Fabian (6/19/2006)
Response: Fabian: Did you receive my last 2 messages, and can you please post your bid officially on uShip, so I can answer it? Thanks, hope you're not out on the road somewhere; need to communicate right away! Thanks, Chris (lillamb12) (6/19/2006)
Question: 5th wheel trailers are not stout enouph on the front leg stands to withstand travel conditions. You may need the 5th hitch support for intransit operations. There is nothing to keep the front up if the legs give out and damage might occur. FYI (6/20/2006)
Response: Tumbleweed: I appreciate the input about the front legs, but would like to ask if you want to bid? If so, the best price I have rec'd. so far is $1500. Can you beat that?! (6/20/2006)
Question: I would have to bid 1604. The reason is that this trailer has to be pulled. This is what I do and have all the tools to pull all trailers. If these could be lowboyed the manufacture would do these and put us out of biz. I will bid closer to your date unless you would like me to store in AZ until closer to your date. Storage would be free if I were to win the bid, and held on an acre holding lot on our property. Most of us like this form of communication in order to get your approval beforehand. Troy (6/20/2006)
Response: Tumbleweed: Thank you for taking time to explain your price and position. I will have to take the lowest bid as my resources are very limited. Your price is $104 over my budget, and even $100 goes a long way with me right now. But thanks again. Sincerely, lillamb12 (6/20/2006)
Question: If this is a bumper pull trailer I may be able to substitute the price differnce on other small products going that way. Would 1500 be more reasonable? U will then have time to schedule more customers. Usually a motorcycle or so. Troy (6/20/2006)
Response: Troy: As you know, every question must be responded to or uShip sends a reminder about it. So please see my next e-mail for your answer. (6/20/2006)
Question: Ignore the first part, I asked a stupid question. Does this trailer have the ability like a toyhauler to take another customers product so that I may lower the price? Troy (6/20/2006)
Response: Troy: No, my 5th wheel is not at all like a toyhauler. I live in it and it can only be pulled with a 5th wheel hitch, unless you can load it on a flatbed and haul that way. Please let me know if $1500 is your best price; I have another pretty good bid. Also, I need to know if you can pick it up by July 25th from the park where I am, or, if you need more time that week. Thank you. (6/20/2006)
Question: hello i might be able to do this for you for 1500. will let you know later today. dennyslew1 (6/21/2006)
Response: dennyslew: Thank you for responding. I also have 2 others bidding $1500. Do you have any technical quetions? And how would you haul? Pull, or load? Flatbed? Let me know if this is your best price. (6/21/2006)
Question: We will be pulling it with a 1-ton pickup.I will do if for 1400.00 its my best price but need to close the deal today or send my driver elsewhere. Are the tires and bearings good on the trailier. Thank you denny (6/21/2006)
Response: dennyslew: Thank you. Yes, tires and bearings are good, they were new 2 years' ago. I just updated my listing to include new info., sorry it was not as informative as should have been. Can you pick up on July 25th? And is your price complete, no extra for gas or anything? Also, please advise how long you expect to need for delivery. Thanks! I will answer your bid this a.m. (6/21/2006)
Question: Sun. would be great with us and yes that is my total price. If my load going there get push back a day or two would that be a problem. Dont forsee there being a problem with my other load but just want to cover all bases. Will be able to answer any more questions you have this morning. Thanks Denny (6/21/2006)
Response: Denny: Thank you for taking time with me. I have just accepted another bid that I was waiting for, for several reasons. But was perfectly willing to go with you if he did not respond in a timely manner. You were very kind and very easy to talk with. I pray God will bless you with many hauls. (6/21/2006)
Question: delivery will be two to three for pickup most likely two. (6/21/2006)
Question: Good Evening I am from Austin and will be in calif on Monday the 17th. I can bring your 5th wheel back to Texas for $1400. Need to know if it is still needing to go. Thanks (7/10/2006)
Response: dg2000: Thank you for responding. I need my 5th wheel transported on July 24th. How will you transport? By flatbed or hauling with a hitch? If you can haul on that date for sure, please let me know. Thanks (7/10/2006)
Question: I would be pulling your trailer with my truck. I use it to pull 5th wheels all over the US. Would it be possible to leave a day or two earlier. Doug (7/10/2006)
Response: dg2000: The earliest the trailer could be hauled would be the 23rd, a Sunday. I have everything planned around it leaving on the 24th, however. I am looking at other bids right now, and need time to check them all out. Thank you. (7/10/2006)
Question: Can your trailer be picked up this week? IF so let me know..Please check my feedback.. Thanks Dale (7/10/2006)
Response: Thanks for responding, but no, neither me nor my 5th wheel are ready to leave--everything is planned around the 24th. Can you make that date? (7/10/2006)
Question: Thanks for the answer. I went ahead and submitted my bid. I can lay over if it is necessary. Doug (7/10/2006)
Response: Are you Bill and Teresa? If so, thanks for all the kind offers, I just can't change the date I need the trailer shipped, esp. because of my job and all the many other arrangements depending on that date. You sound very nice and very reliable, and if you can wait until my specified shipping date, (or possibly a day earlier is OK) put in another bid. Thanks and God bless you, too. (7/10/2006)
Question: Still available for transport ? (7/10/2006)
Response: Yes. I am only accepting bids up to $1500, and shipping cannot be later than July 24th or earlier than July 23rd. If you can meet these requirements, please put in a bid. I need time to look at all questions and bids coming in, since I just re-listed my 5th wheel for shipment. The previous winning bidder had to back out due to an accident. Thank you. (7/10/2006)
Question: shipper, i'll be in the area next week dropping off a boat. if u can ship around july 18or19, i'll tow your 5th wheel back to Texas for 1275.if u can ship this soon & need my service, will u accept by bid now ? so i can schedule your pick up. thanks & get back with me asap. also, read my feedback (7/11/2006)
Response: larryp: Your bid is the best I've rec'd. so far, but there is no way I can leave by the 18th or 19th. I must work thru the 21st and where would I stay without my trailer...your interest is really appreciated, and if you can change the date to haul to July 23rd or 24th, let me know a.s.a.p., too. Thanks. (7/11/2006)
Question: Let me know of the width tire to tire. All I need is your width so I can figure out if it fits. Fabian (7/12/2006)
Response: Fabian: the width is 7'8"-- the trailer is not quite 8' wide-- Please advise if you can haul on the 23rd or the 24th, and please put in your bid with uShip at this time so I can feel confident about getting this arranged--time is short! Many thanks, appreciate it--Chris (7/12/2006)
Question: have a driver on the way there now. but know its to early to move will keep you in mind if i have a driver heading that way around the 25th. (7/12/2006)
Response: dennyslew: Thank you once again for your interest. I will need to have the trailer hauled on either the 23rd (not preferable) or the 24th (best date), and really want to know today or tomorrow who is going to do this for me. If you can, put in your bid and thanks! (7/12/2006)
