Questions for this shipment:

Question: Hello, is your RV drivable? How are tires? What is mpg? Thank you. (11/1/2009)
Response: The RV is an active RV that we use all the time here in Alaska. The tires are fine, the mileage is not good - it's an RV. I assume it is 15 MPG. (11/2/2009)
Question: Hello - Could you please give the year, make, and model of your RV, complete with engine size and whether it's gas or diesel. 15 MPG is exceptional mileage for most RV's. Thanks for your help. ~Jim (11/2/2009)
Response: Before we go any further I was not thinking of putting more miles on my RV. I was thinking of shipping it. Like on the back of a train or other flatbed. That method may have to be reconsidered but right now it's what I'd like to find out about. I have many sons more than willing to drive it there for me. Ohhh scary thoughts (11/2/2009)
Response: Hi (is it Bud?) - You're pretty funny..."scary thoughts". I understand your feelings about the mileage. Unfortunately, I only do "Drive-Aways". I think you're going to find it will be substantially more money to haul your RV, but you never know, you may get lucky and find someone who needs to fill a space and will cut you a deal; at 24K pounds, if that's right, it's going to take something special. If you do decide to have it driven, and don't want to take a chance on your sons, check me out by reviewing just a little of my feedback. Over a dozen of my feedback are from motorhome deliveries and my feedback is 100% with more than eighty matches over a four year plus period; no negatives, neutrals, or cancellations. I'm rarely the least (or most) expensive option you will have, but I'm safe, reliable, flexible and fair. I'd probably cut you a deal, just because it'd be a great drive. Good luck. Thanks for your time and consideration. ~Jim Henderson (11/2/2009)
Question: We are a Alaska based customs bonded carrier. To ship by truck door to door $9500. (11/3/2009)
Response: Thank you. For your quote (11/3/2009)
Question: Hi, do you still need your RV transported? I offer a driveaway service that is substantially less than the transport already offered above. Please let me know if your still in need. Thank you, Jeff (11/7/2009)
Question: I have owned and drove my own CL A motor home to Alaska and back, also pulled my travel trailer to AK and back , I am familiar with the drive although this time of year could get tricky. I have a CL-A commercial license. If you should decide to have it driven I could fly into Fairbanks and drive it to NY.....even 10 miles per gal would be good for a CL A M/H. I will place a bid of $ 3000.00 if you are interested. Thanks (11/7/2009)
Question: Also, is this a diesel? (11/7/2009)
