Response: Hi, they ship on Ebay via UPS anywhere from $39 to $99. This seller had it listed as "pickup only" but I didn't see that until the day the auction ended and I couldn't cancel my bid. I won it anyway, but the seller is not willing to ship it. Thanks, Ed (8/21/2007)
