Response: I will check into it. I do not believe there is a lift at the lake; although there may be one at the dock in Florida. I was told that because she was a much smaller than usual inboard vessel that she could be wet loaded onto a larger recreational trailer so long as the bunks did not get in the way of the prop blades and shaft. That due to this boat's smaller size a truck with wider bunk rails (which obviously may have to be adjusted) should be able to transport. I believe it was ya'll that initially quoted $3100?, that SEEMS high when I was getting quotes for almost an identical boat that i was going to buy coming from california for as low as $2000 and that trip was over 200 miles longer than this one from daytona beach. I'll get back to you on the lift, I'll be talking to the seller tomorrow. Also were you able to have the boat shrink wrapped, it seems like I saw that mentioned in the inital offer? I have heard good and bad on shrink wrap in the event it tears during transport (10/12/2009)

Response: Hi, our bids are based on where and when we need to be somewhere! So, they do change from boat to boat! As far as the recreational boat trailers, that's what they are, recreational! The boat needs to e supported by it's keel, and stabilized along the gunnel. This is something those recreational trailers can't do! Recreational trailers allow the boat to flex, this is not good, as it can cause spider cracks, and the separation of joints. It can also weaken areas that you can't see! As far as shrinkwrap? If done correctly, there won't be any issues! Because you are running your boat below all the bad weather,I would not waste the money. Just clean it when it arrives! I hope this helps! Response: I'm looking to get to $2k with insurance good feedback, the whole 9. That is what I was quoted from CA which was 200 more miles for a Sundancer that ended up falling thru. Response: I would really like to get as close to $2k as I possibly can. There was a Sundancer in Cali that was 200 miles longer than this route and after it had been up for a few days I was getting bids at $2k. The sundancer was a 30 footer vs. 32 but feedback, insurance, and reliability are all huge factors as well as price. The guy that sold me the boat thinks he can have it shipped somewhere between $2k-$2200 but has gone fishing til tomorrow (I guess he was off due to the holiday today). I am supposed to hear back from him tomorrow sometime; however, I would rather use uShip so I can make my own informed decision as well, plus I have had great experiences in the past using uShip for items such as this. Response: Yes sir I do understand. And if you have the time to wait there will be some that will do it for gas money. I can't, I know what my cost to stay in business is and I do have to make a profit or I can't maintain my equipment or keep my insurance in effect.
