Response: YES THE HEIGTH IS WITHOUT THE AXLES. THE BRAKE CYLENDER AND LINKEGE UNDER THE CABOOSE COULD BE CUT OFF WITH A LOT OF WORK TO GAIN 6" (5/2/2008)
Response: The blocking you mention is that for the linkage. Also you say 12in blocking does this mean it will raise from the deck of trailer 12in or 6in in addition to the 13.2. Thanks (5/2/2008)
Response: I THINK SO, I DONT KNOW IF 12" IS NESSARY. THE MAN I BOUGHT IT FROM SAID HE WILL SUPPLY THE BLOCKING AND I DONT THINK IT WILL RAISE THE HEIGHT (5/2/2008)
