Just to be sure on the pick up in on the THIRD 3 floor we will need to carry. bring it down....how many flights, story's will be at delivery:.maybe just a few porch steps. into the home. Center.. Is your budget at east $389.00 I'm here in HOUSTON...NOW.... can pickup within next 1/3 days & delivery later next week...or first week of August that's your choice when...

Response: Delivery would be on the first floor of the retirement home. I was hoping to keep the shipping under $300.00. If you bid, shipping can be most anytime as long as I have notice (preferable 24 hours) enough to be able to access the apartment where the bed is to ready it for shipment.7/25/2012
