What if the pup could be available to go this weekend? Would you pickup and deliver in the same 24hr period (within 12 to 14 hrs at most)? Do you have a crate or box for it to ride in? Will you accept COD for $235 at the delivery point from the buyer of the pup? I would pay the difference in cash or money order at time of pickup. Thanks in advance - Tony.
Sorry I could not get back to you earlier, was on the road and could not get to a computer. I could have done what you wanted but am glad that everything has worked out for you. If things don't work out as planned feel free to let me know. Good luck and thanks again for the chance to help you out. tcbigo

I believe you have the job, but I'm working it out with the puppy buyer before committing through uShip. Will you do COD of $235 of the bid? You said possible 2 days . . . when would you pick it up - on Friday or Saturday? What time? Thanks in advance!

You may have the job, but I must get the pup buyer's approval first before I can accept the bid. Again, and I'm sorry if these questions are duplicate, but what day/time could you pick the pup up this weekend? Do you have a crate or box for her to ride in? Can you take $235 from the buyer at time of drop off? I can pay the differce at time of pickup. Please let me know. Thanks in advance!

Hello - can you share your route with me, and how long you estimate the trip may be for the pup itself? What if the pup could go as early as this weekend?
Hi. I would take the route Mapquest would provide me from the residence in Martinsville, IN to the residence in Richmond, VA. I don't know exactly what that would be as I have no addresses yet, however, it would be along the route listed on the auction page. I would stop every 3 hours for 15 minutes to let the pup relieve himself and stretch his legs. I would estimate 14 hours to complete the trip, door to door keeping weather in mind. I could pick up Saturday morning 12/6 at 7 AM, and drop off Saturday evening around 9 PM give or take. I would be happy to take the pup this weekend, but I would need to know asap if you're accepting my bid as I would have to cancel some other bids I have right now. I hope we will work something out, and if you need references to verify my experience, I can provide them to you upon accepting my bid (uship won't allow me to give phone numbers/email addresses until the bid is accepted). Thanks, and I look forward to hearing back from you soon! Tim

I don't believe you would need to stop every 3hr necessarily because the pup would otherwise fly out to the destination. Would the pup be the only cargo? Do you have a crate for it, or must one be provided? The pup is a six week old boarder collie, very small right now.
That's ok. I will probably be stopping for gas that often, I have a pretty small gas tank, so that's why I said 3 hours. I just figure I might as well let the pup stretch while I'm stopped anyway. The pup would be the only cargo, but I do not have a crate. If you have one, I could drop it off back to you on Sunday 12/7, late afternoon or early evening (no later than 7 PM). Also, if it would be easier for you, I can pick up on Friday evening, between 7-9 PM. That way I could leave around 5 AM Saturday morning which would get us to Richmond no later than 7 PM. I'm guessing it will only take 11 1/2 hours, but just in case the roads are bad, I want to allow a little cushion, as I will be going through the mountains. I would drop off between 4:30-7 PM. Let me know which would work best for you. Thanks! Tim
Will you do COD at the destination for $235 of the $300 quote?
If possible, I would like to receive full payment at pickup. If the person on the delivery end is paying for shipping, they can overnight a money order or cashier's check to me. I won't take a personal check. I would need it by Friday afternoon. If that's not possible, I would need at least $150 up front, and receive the rest of the payment upon delivery. If you have any other questions, just let me know. Thanks! Tim
We just can't do it like that - it would have to be $235 at time of delivery by the buyer (cash or money order). I can ony pay $65 cash (or money order) at time of pickup. Please let me know if this will work for you. Thanks again . . . Tony
When you accept a bid, Uship will take a deposit from you, most likely around 15% of the total bid, roughly $45, which would leave a balance due to me of roughly $255. I need to be sure that someone will be on the dropoff end to receive the pup and settle up with me on payment. This will be my first uship transport, so I just want to make sure it goes smoothly. I hope you understand. After my bid is accepted (if you choose to use me) I would need to talk to you as well as the person receiving the pup asap. Let me know how I can help you out on this. Thanks! Tim
Understood - thank you. I'll get back with you as quickly as possible.
Thanks, and I hope to hear from you soon! Let me know what else I can do for you if anything. Tim
