Question: Hello, What is your preferred time-frame? Thanks, Matt(Wolverine Transport)
(4/18/2008)

Response: I would like to have the puppy here by this weekend or the weekend of 4/26, if possible. Naturally, timing also rests on the needs of the foster mom, who has a constant need to make room for more rescues. I am sure that all parties can be flexible to some degree, but those are ideal dates. As far as weekdays go, they are fine, but I would prefer an evening/latenight pickup/dropoff so that I do not have to cut out of work. Again, flexibility remains, as those are merely my ideal preferences. (4/18/2008)

Response: My apologies; but I am completely booked until May. Let me know if you still need help by then. Thanks, Matt(WolverineTransport) (4/18/2008)

Response: How early in May? (4/19/2008)

Response: Hello, Our eta is between the 3rd and 9th. Let me know if that works, and I will submit a formal bid. Thanks, Matt (4/20/2008)

Response: That should definitely work. However, the foster mom in Oklahoma wants me to find out two things:
1) Where in Oklahoma will you be going through? I guess, in simple terms, where will you guys be meeting?
2) Can you provide a specific date on which you will be picking up the puppy from her?
She asks, because she has several out-of-state graduations to attend in the first part of May, so she would like to have an idea of how she coordinate this.
Thank you, Matt. (4/21/2008)

Response: Hello, I have placed a formal bid. We provide "door to door" service. So no worries on a meeting place, unless she prefers it. As far as a date goes, I should p/up on the 4th or 5th; but will work around whatever their schedule is. I look forward to working with you. Thanks, Matt (4/21/2008)

Response: Ok. Thanks. Please ignore my "comment" to your bid. Perhaps I jumped the gun on that one.

Response: lol, my dsl must be slower than your dsl! lol (4/21/2008)

Response: Matt, the foster mom is on board with everything. She said that if you have a semi, she will meet you at the local Love's stop, as she lives on a remote gravel road. Now, before I acecept/decline your offer, I would like to know if it is negotiable. The reason being that OperationRoger, a non-profit pet tranport group, is close to arranging something for me, and other than the $20 donation, additional payment is discretionary. Of course, I would pay their driver much more than $20. I think you and I are definitely in the ballpark, but I just wanted to know if you are flexible. I was hoping to pay around $225. If so, please let me know, and perhaps we can discuss. (4/22/2008)

Response: Hello, most situations We do discount for non-profits. Our normal rate for this run is $395, plus the fact of insane diesel prices and the dropoff location being extremely difficult. I hope this can still work for you, but if not I wish you the best. Thanks, Matt (4/22/2008)

Response: Makes sense. Ok, then $350 it is. In the end, I suppose the extra $100 or so is negligible. We look forward to working with you. (4/22/2008)
