Questions for this shipment:

Question: Are these on pallets or is it a floor load? Thank you, Ivylogistics. (7/14/2006)
Question: Do you need this shipped or has it been done? Thank you, Ivylogistics. (7/17/2006)
Response: No, it has not been shipped. The buyer has spoken with a couple shippers quoting around $3,000. This will be an ongoing shipment once amonth or so. (7/17/2006)
Question: If you could get me how many pallets and a pallet weight I can get you a more accurate quote. For the information I have it would be around 28-2,900. I will do what I can to earn your buisness. Please let me know asap. Thank you, Adam with Ivylogistics. (7/17/2006)
Response: This is not a pallett load, it is handloaded in less than 1 1/2 hours, the entire load weighs less than 2500 lbs. The buyer has said he will accept a $2800 offer and change shippers. The load needs to be picked up ASAP. When could you pick it up? (7/17/2006)
Question: Can I have till wednesday afternoon? I need to make sure you or I will get dinged for an exclusive load trailer. If I get the info I need tomorrow I can get it picked up tomorrow. Wednesday is likewise. Thank you, Adam with Ivylogistics. (7/17/2006)
Response: Yes, I am sure Wed's afternoon would be fine. We are waiting on an order of wood to finish the east coast order for shipment. (7/17/2006)
Question: Thank you. (7/17/2006)
Response: Weds has gone and I have not heard from you? Can you pick the load up today or should the buyer use his original shipper? (7/17/2006)
Question: I'm sorry I did not get back to you. The shipper would be better off using the origonal carrier for this one. If you are interested in using us in the future you can find me on the web. Thank you, Ivylogistics. (7/20/2006)
Response: Can you pick it up next Weds in the AM? (7/20/2006)
Question: I think so. Let me make sure and I will get back with you. Thank you, Adam with Ivylogistics. (7/20/2006)
Question: I may have a truck to pick it up tomorrow if it were ready. Let me know if that is a posibility. Thank you, Ivylogistics. (7/20/2006)
Response: Yes it is ready, but if you cannot deliver it by Weds am we will have to wait so it can be delivered the following week. (7/20/2006)
Question: I am making sure that will work right now. Thank you, Ivylogistics. (7/20/2006)
Question: Can you get the total length of the blanks as if they were loaded in a trailer? Thank you, Ivylogistics. (7/20/2006)
Response: No, this is why we use a "Pup Load". We have always loaded to the halfway mark. There is really no other way to ship surfboard blanks because they are all different sizes. We have to do the same thing on full 52' and container loads, just fill it up and invoice whatever fits. We have a total of 165+- blanks going east. (7/20/2006)
Question: Sorry, but I will need to work for next wednesday. I apologize for giving you a bit of a run around. Thank you for your patience. Adam with Ivylogistics. (7/20/2006)
Response: Please let me know if I should make other arraignments. The buyers are expecting it to be picked up next week. (7/20/2006)
Question: Go ahead and make other arrangements. I won't have a driver their till next week. Sorry I could not pull through for you. Thank you, Ivylogistics. (7/24/2006)
