Question: sorry but i gotta ask how are you fitting a auto on a 10' trailer, and all the time keeping the weight at 1000 pounds? Thanks jim(2ndjames) (10/6/2008)

Response: The vehicle weighs 700 lbs. I figure the trailer weighs about 300 lbs. It's a 3 wheeler. Thanks for asking. (10/6/2008)

Response: ok now it makes sense! Plus i seen your pic on other add. I could deliver this door to door for around $1106.34. please let me know if you are interested. What size ball does the trailer take? thanks again jim (2ndjames) (10/6/2008)

Response: Are you at all negotiable? When would you be available to do the trip? (10/7/2008)

Response: of course! within reason if your weights are correct, what were you looking at for a target price. i would need to know asap. i would like to pickup tomorrow, if at all possible. what would it take for me to secure your business today? i need to be back in lansing MI by tuesday. otherwise i would have to wait until after the 17th. thanks jim

Response: Give me your best and final offer. It's hard for me not knowing what type of vehicle you would be driving and its gas mileage. Are you coming all the way to CT anyway? When do you anticipate arriving? What experience do you have towing? I could try and scramble to make arrangements for you to pick up the trailer/car tomorrow depending upon your best offer. Thanks for trying to make this work. Rob (10/7/2008)

Response: sorry for some reason my responce did not go through. i apoligize, but i got booked on a florida trip, i could do this for 972.07, but not untill the 18/19 of october. again i am sorry, i have placed a bid for the 18th if that will work for you, if not good luck with your shipment. thanks jim (2ndjames) (10/7/2008)

Response: Jim- What will you be driving? I'm assuming you have experience towing and that you have straps, etc. How come such an odd number, $972.07? (10/7/2008)

Response: yes i was delivering travel trailers all across the us and canada for about 3 years, out of Wakarusa, IN. (near elkhart) i do have tie downs if needed. do all the tail lights on the trailer work?
as far as the money amount, you pay a deposit if you accept a bid, i'm not totally sure of the formula, but that deposit goes to uship to cover a finder fee so to speak that i owe uship for using thier websight, the balance goes to me. i make the balance you pay me a even number so we don't have to worry about counting out odd amounts, its just a bit simpler. jim (10/7/2008)

Response: Jim- This sounds good. All the tail lights work on the trailer. I'll decide by tomorrow. The 17/18 works just fine. Thnaks for being so responsive. I'll be in touch.
Rob (10/7/2008)

Response: thanks, jim (10/8/2008)
