Response: Hello, I will have to arrange access to the pool table and other items with the new homeowner but I think that is doable. $700 is fine and delivery on the 24th is fine. My biggest concern is proper disassembly and packing. Please acknowledge receipt of this and give me an idea of your prefered time for pick up and I'll contact the new owner and try to set it up on the 22nd. Thanks (7/14/2005)

Response: I am still trying to confirm that the people at the house with the pool table will be there on Friday morning. I am confident that it will be okay but would like to be sure. Please keep the pickup on your schedule. Thanks. ---I am happy to accept your bid contingent on my reaching the new homeowner and confirming the 9:am Friday is okay.
