This is all that I have. It is currently stored in my grandmother's garage. I will need someone to load it on her end, but on my end I can handle it myself...no single box is too heavy.

I will be on the road to San Francisco from 9.15 to approximately 10.1. I may not be able to reply quickly, but will check the status of bids as often as possible.

I'd like my stuff to arrive the first week of October if possible. I will require insurance on my items...

Questions for this shipment:

Question: I can handle the whole load anytime you want, however the scooter and the artwork have to be crated. Do you want me to do it or can you handle that? (8/5/2005)
Response: ARE YOU EVER GOING TO RESPOND WITH A QUOTE...GLAD YOU OFFERED, BUT I NEED TO KNOW PRICE. I would need you to crate the scooter, I don't have the materials for that, unless there is someplace local that you can point me to and I'll buy a crate. The artwork is mostly just framed photos and placked posters (nothing valuable, just sentimental). I planned on just packing them in cardboard boxes with peanuts or shredded paper or I can take them with me in my car. (8/5/2005)
Question: Do you still need this moved? Can pick up on the 15th and deliver by the 19th.Mark (8/8/2005)
Response: Yes, I still need my items shipped. I can have someone meet you on the other end, as I will not be in SF until the 20th. Let me know what you think in regards to price and if you are insured. (8/8/2005)
Question: I could take your whole load for $1125 even the scooter and I would buy the materials to crate it. Could I use straps in the same way I haul motorcycles? I use hooks in the floor and ratchet straps to hold it in place. This is how bikes are usually transported and also makes them easier to load and unload. Please get back to me soon as I only have space for your part of the load left and am waiting for response from many other people. Thank you, Mark (8/8/2005)
Response: Sorry, I can ship through UPS for the cycle and USPS for the 20 boxes for less. I'll have to pass. Thanks for the quick reply though. (8/8/2005)
Question: I apologize for not getting back to you sooner. I have been very busy, please give me the dimensions and approx wt of the scooter. (8/11/2005)
Response: I'm still waiting for your bid. Note there is not a scooter anymore. (8/11/2005)
Question: Hello, I will make you delivery for 900 USD,what you think?? I wait your answer back directly at: [Removed Contact Information] Thanks (8/22/2005)
Response: What would you charge without the scooter? I've decided to sell it. I will update my posting here... (8/22/2005)
Question: I wait your answer back very soon because i have a shippmet to make to cali Thanks (8/22/2005)
Question: Let me know what you have??? (8/22/2005)
Response: Hello...please check my listing again, I have updated all the info. 22 boxes, 67 cubic feet and 840 pounds. I will be on the road, but will check my email when I can. Please let me know the price for this shipment. (8/22/2005)
Question: Yes, I can easily do this in the time frame you want. You have 52 cu ft. that's no problem. Do you have any idea of the total weight? (8/22/2005)
Response: Hello...please check my listing again, I have updated all the info. 22 boxes, 67 cubic feet and 840 pounds. I will be on the road, but will check my email when I can. Please let me know the price for this shipment. (8/22/2005)
Question: Would you like a price based on the dimensional weight subject to verification of actual weight once I have it on my dock in Rochester? (8/22/2005)
Response: I do not know the weight. It's mostly clothing, some small household items and personal items. If you could provide ranges of price, based on weight that would be helpful. (8/22/2005)
Question: Based on the number of cubic feet you have I could do your job for around $450.00. Subject to weight verification> (8/23/2005)
Response: That sounds good...talk to me about weight verification. I didn't say how much it weighs and I don't know. Provide pricing based on weight please. (8/23/2005)
Question: Weight verification is simply where I pick your freight up and take it back to my dock and weigh it. If the actual weight is more than the dimensional then that's what you're charged for. (8/23/2005)
Response: Ok...I'm still a bit confused, but think I may have got it. Do you generally predict a shipment to be a certain weight based on it's dimensions and if it's more than that there is an extra charge? Also, what if you decide that based on the weight of my cargo it's going to cost me a lot more...at that point am I charged for you weighing my stuff? (8/23/2005)
Question: Yes, you would be charged for whatever is the greater weight either dimensional or actual. I have a large electronic floor scale at my dock in Rochester. To answer your second question no I don't charge for weighing anything but there of course would be a charge for picking it up. (8/23/2005)
Response: Got it. I found a weigh station not too far from me. I'm going to load up my brother's truck with everything and then get it weighed so I know exactly how much everything weighs....If only I had a scale in my house :-). (8/23/2005)
Question: Very Good, this will givre you a good idea of the actual weight. You can then avoid any "surprises" after it is picked up. (8/24/2005)
Response: hello...sorry your bid expired. i've been on the road to san francisco and had no internet access the last several days. i will have internet access at least until the 24th so if you could please bid again i will accept and we can get my stuff shipped :-) diane (8/24/2005)
