Question: hi
what is the footprint of the playhouse, the dimensions of the bottom in feet and inches, please.? i would like to now if i can fit it. thank you. (10/6/2007)

Response: 4'10" x 6'
While our trailer met the dimensions to legally haul the playhouse, we do not have a vehicle to facilitate the tow.

Response: hi thanks for getting back so soon, i appreciate it very much. that is what i thought that it looked like in the picture. I wonder how close the weight guess is, but, it must be about right as listed, yes?; and i wondered if you may have wanted only someone to come tow your trailer, mine would fit it okay, but i would need much help loading/unloading, i think, but if you wanted to use your trailer, is it safe and roadworthy, with good tires and strong frame? otherwise i could use mine, but i think loading may be a little complicated. Although it can be done with patience and caution. Anyhow i would need to place a bid of about 880.00,and i a available the weekend after this one. thank you (10/8/2007)

Response: The weight is an overestimate if anything. Please base you bid on utilizing your own equipment and doing transport only as there will be people on either end to load and unload. Because it is transport only, I would consider your number to be high. Thanks again. (10/9/2007)

Response: Hi, thanks for writing back. I presumed from your responses to other questions that you had help, and wanted to use someone's trailer, but i did want to make sure. My bid estimate was including using the trailer, so I really would have to bid that amount, so i will put it on there; if you want i will be happy to help you with it. Thanks very much. (10/10/2007)

Response: Thank you for your interest, but you would have to use your own equipment. Because the job is transport only I consider the bid to be a bit on the high side. Thanks again. (10/10/2007)

Response: Hi, sorry, I had meant that my bid or estimate was for using my trailer and whatever loading assistance I would need to provide. Sorry for any confusion that may have caused. It's really on a cost basis. Loading most items doesn't change anything very much, although I suppose some carriers price higher when this is included, I didn't consider it for your shipment as I thought it would probably need more labor (or manpower) loading than I would be able to provide; I mean that it would be heavier than myself and another could lift, so I wouldn't bring anyone along. Or, if it had to loaded mechanically, it would be such that I would be able to do it by myself, or, with the assitance of your sellers, who i had presumed would be there in any scenario. Question: Hello. I could pick up Monday evening.
My bid would be $850.00 at delivery. (10/6/2007)

Response: Thank you for your quick response. While the schedule is flexible, weekends are preferred. What is your earliest available weekend, excluding this upcoming weekend as the sender will be unavailable. Second, what does your quote include (i.e. loading, unloading, shipping only)? Do you offer insurance, if so, what does it cover? Finally, is that a solid number? Please advise of the above items at your earliest convenience. We do want the shipment quickly but unfortunately, all of the stars won't be alligned that soon. (10/6/2007)

Response: Hello. Thank you for your reply.
Only in the area on Monday. (10/7/2007)

Response: Thank you again for your prompt response. Unfortunately the timing will not work this time around. (10/7/2007)
