Question: Hi shipper, Robert here. When is this needing shipment. I will be down there the weekend upcoming and can move this safely if the dates work. (1/21/2008)

Response: We are pretty flexible. What price? What insurance? (1/21/2008)

Response: Your unit would be covered under our vehicle limits 25k personal property on this particular vehicle. I'll be in an SUV and the TV would be contained inside the truck itself which is allways attended. Based on the added mileage for me I'd have to charge $200.00 minimum for door to door. (1/21/2008)

Response: That is my max bid, so it works perfect. What is the next step? I guess I will click accept bid. Will there be paperwork so I have a record of insurance, we are concerned that the tv is so fragile an item. (1/21/2008)

Response: That's good to hear. I understand about the fragile nature involved. Now before I place a bid I want to confirm the dimensions as accurate so if you have the make and model we should research that or obtain true dimensions... Is the seller packing the item or is it boxed? If it is not new we will need to confirm it is working before we take responsibility. (1/21/2008)

Response: I see, that makes sense. The TV is recently purchased, but after we purchased it, we decided it was too large for our bedroom wall and wanted to gift it (ship it) to our kids in college in NY - they have an apt. in Queens. We have taken it off the wall and packed in in a box that our neighbor's tv came in that was the same size. THe box measures 36X60X12, but the TV is about 20% smaller. I guess we can unpack and have plugged in when you arrive and then repack it at that moment before you take off? Your thoughts?
PS
Do you have references? (1/22/2008)

Response: My concern is any claim regarding working condition after shipping. Most haulers will want to inspect and document the condition of an item before taking possession. (1/22/2008)

Response: RIght, so when you arrive to pick up the tv, would you want us to have it unpacked and ready to plug in so you can verify it works? What date are we shooting for roughly, I am getting other bids, but feel like your company is the one for us based on your references.
Thanks. (1/24/2008)

Response: Hi again, It's me I'm back... Actually in Hollywood FL and waiting to see if I have a load going your way. I will leave here no later than Tues. (hopefully sooner). Yes we can check everything out when I arrive to pick up assuming I end up going your way. I'll keep you informed. (1/26/2008)

Question: Hi shipper, Robert again... I forgot to answer your question regarding paperwork and insurance; Once we make a deal with a bid we'll forward you a contract and an Insurance cert. If you check my profile you'll see we're not amateurs in transportation. (1/21/2008)

Response: Thanks. Not sure how to check profile/references? (1/22/2008)

Response: You can see our references (feedback) in my profile by clicking on our user ID. (1/22/2008)

Response: Wow, looks like you have earned a great reputation. As soon as you are back to us with a bid within our range, this should be a go. Our kids will be excited. They can also assist in carrying this baby up the stairs to their apt. if you set at time frame.
(1/22/2008)

Response: Thanks, That's how we built our Limousine business; One customer at a time. I will be leaving NY on the 24th and will advise my timing once I'm in FL. Help would be useful. (1/22/2008)

Question: Good morning, Robert here. I think we may be able to get this done if you're ready to commit. Although it should cost more I think I can get you priced at $200.00. You did say there would be help loading and unloading? (1/27/2008)

Response: Yes, help is available on both ends if we set up a time frame. We are open to your schedule, so just let me know when you will arrive. Thank.s (1/27/2008)

Response: Great, I was still trying to get the deal done on the towed shipment which is paying for this route. I would be looking to pick up this evening (Still in Hollywood now 3.5 hours from you). I will place the bid as soon as the other one accepts... Sorry to keep you on "hold". (1/28/2008)

Response: No problem. I have lots of bids, you just seem to be able to carry a conversation better than all the rest! We will be home all night.
Terry (1/28/2008)

Response: OK. I did get some college education so maybe that's it. Still waiting for the foot draggers... (1/28/2008)

Response: Just let me know when... (1/28/2008)

Response: Talk about the 25th hour! I just got confirm on my load to LI and can get you on the way but I would be there tonight. My bid is in and I'm headed your way so if you accept just call me ASAP. (1/29/2008)

Response: Yes, I just accepted. What time will you be to the orlando, Universal area? I might run out and get some bubble wrap to stuff into the gaps in the box. (1/29/2008)
