Question: Are there any steps at either the pick up or delivery locations? If so, would there be someone to help me get it down to the street level on pick up and/or into the house on the delivery end? We have a liftgate, which would make it easy to load and unload. Thank you. (6/24/2009)
Response: There are no steps at the pick up site. There are three small steps to go down at the delivery site that are outside the house. I want the machine brought around to the basement that has a sliding glass door and one step. (6/24/2009)
