Questions for this shipment: 

Question: What is the trailer condition; ie tires, bearings etc.? Will all be left at destination or will trailer be brought back? I have a one ton dodge coming from LR, AR, and charge a min of $2 per loaded mile to use the truck only. (4/30/2008)
Response: The trailer is in good condition and current license. The tanks are secued to the trailer and rady to pull. The whole trailer will be left in Tualatin, OR. I appreciate your interest but at this point you are about $1600.00 higher. We are a local trucking company and may be able to help your with something to go back with but I cannot make any promises. Question: Hi Steve, this is Brian out of Kiln, MS. I'm interested in getting the trailer to its destination. I'm a little puzzled on what I have read concerning this shipment. My question to you is what was in the tanks ie chemical type is it considered hazardous? If you could get me or another mover a backhaul what would it be? If you did would you be willing to sign a contract before we left? We got a little time to work up a deal talk to us. MME (4/30/2008)
Response: Brian, The tanks are used to demo a water filtration system for lumber and paper mills. They are Non-Haz and just contain the filtering material. I cannot promise a backhaul but I am willing to work on finding one. What size truck would you be using and what type of trailers and weight can you haul? Signing a contract for the move to Tualatin would not be a problem. Steve (5/1/2008)
Response: Hey Steve, I have a 6 speed F-350 4x4 with a super chip it will roll on pretty good! I just got back in haven't had a chance to look for my own back haul. I appreciate the feed back. Response: Steve, I have a Dodge dually with a cummins diesel. It has a 5th wheel, gooseneck and stabilizer hitch. If you want I can also try to find something to get there, but would like to be able to have the load for a return. Do you have a figure in mind yet? (5/1/2008)

Question: Hey Steve, This is Brian, I went ahead and bid this job a little early because of the difficulty of bidding a back haul without the known fact of a haul there. I spent many hours this evening looking and talking to shippers with shipments coming back this way. I have figured and refigured as you know the biggest problem after this load is having no cargo wagon behind me 2600 miles from home. I would consider doing this job for less after you have committed to my company and I was able to commit to a back haul trackable by uship through the computer system. We could talk about a lesser amount through this computer for the difference of the price the back haul would subtract from my current bid.
