Questions for this shipment:

Question: are there any stairs involved? (7/20/2005)
Response: The shipment involves descending two steps at the loading point and ascending two steps at the unloading point. (7/20/2005)
Question: Still need this to be done ?? Might be able to be there 28 Jul. Reply ASAP and I'll bid (7/27/2005)
Response: I still need this to be done. (7/27/2005)
Question: Does your piano still need to go north? David (9/17/2005)
Response: My piano still needs to go north. (9/17/2005)
Question: i'll be in cameron park on tuesday9-20 i could haul your piano, but it would be in the back of my truck. i can wrap to protect. let me know i'll bid right away. thanks .pat (9/18/2005)
Response: At what time would you pick up the piano? (9/18/2005)
Question: Hello… I am in your area now and can pick up your piano at 8:00 AM on the 19th. for a safe delivery 48-hrs. later in WA. Do I understand correctly that there will be at least some help at both the pick up / delivery points? If so, I can securely transport your piano inside of my easy riding enclosed car hauler; it is clearer than most people’s houses, for your target price. David / LuxuryCoachCarrier (10/18/2005)
Response: When is the next date on which you can pick up the piano? (10/18/2005)
Question: I am sorry I missed you this trip; timing is everything, however I’ll be looping back and headed up north once again in about 5 or 6-days, would that be a little better timing for you? (10/19/2005)
Response: Can you give me a specific date when you would pick up the piano? Thanks. (10/19/2005)
Question: Hello… as I try to be very responsive to a committed client, I would like to answer your question when I am on my return trip. To offer an example of my executive level service, I just received a request to delay my delivery in Bellingham, WA due to the client’s airline scheduling conflict. As they were the last delivery in a long line of stops going north, I approved it. However had I already committed a particular pick up date with you, a careful balance between clients would have had to be struck. Thus, if wait a couple of days to answer your question it might avert a scheduling problem for the both of us. Thank You… David (10/19/2005)
Question: Hi… I’ll be back in the east bay this coming weekend with a delivery there late on Monday or early on Tuesday morning; my client doesn’t seem to know when they are flying in yet, and I’ll be headed next up to Seattle again. Are you still interested in shipping your piano up to Renton? BTW – It hasn’t lost and weight has it … smile … I know I sure haven’t. (10/31/2005)
Response: I'm still interested in shipping my piano up to Renton. (10/31/2005)
Question: Hi... I'll be heading north and can pick up your piano mid-next week again. Will that timing work well for you? Everything else is the same; equipment/pricing ... etc... David (11/1/2005)
Response: Can you give me a more specific date and time? (11/1/2005)
Question: Unfortunately one of the pitfalls of working with several “onboard clients” at a time; while driving 1,000s of miles within the process, is that each one thinks he/she/it is the only important client at the moment… thus delays always seem to happen from “Oh… my cat Pookies had to go the vet, so could you please just wait for only one more day” (I waited 3-days for that woman to unload), “Gee… I am just too tired to do anything today, can you come back on Monday” (that was said on a Thursday afternoon)…etc. So unlike many of my peers, I will not tell you that I’ll be at your door at 3:22 PM; two weeks from now, on a Wednesday afternoon, because such silly statements invariably get me into trouble. However I can give you my very best guess 48/72-hrs. ahead of my committed scheduled pick time and I will do everything possible under the sun, moon and insight of any of those flying saucers some people keep talking about to honor my service commitment you then. If that doesn't work... sorry. (11/1/2005)
Question: Hi, If you still need this shipped, I can load on Nov. 5th at night or early in the morning on the 6th and have it delivered to you within 7 days. I have 2 stops in Medford, OR that will take 3 to 4 days to complete before I could deliver to you. I could do this for $450. Let me know, Thanks Todd (11/1/2005)
Response: Either of those pickup dates will work. Would the delivery not occur before Friday the 11th? (That would be preferable.) (11/1/2005)
Question: Thank you for the reply. I will know a little more on the delivery, on Thursday. I should be able to deliver before the 11th but I don't want to commit to anything just yet. I will keep you updated on delivery information as soon as I get it. P/U dates are a definite. Thanks Todd (11/1/2005)
Response: I meant to indicate that delivery before the 11th would not be preferable. (11/1/2005)
Question: still shipping this let me know. think i can do it after the 11th. (11/1/2005)
Question: I will check my schedule to see if I can deliver after the 11th. Would the 12th be to early? Thanks Todd (11/1/2005)
Response: Are you going to place a bid? Would it be possible to also ship two 2-ft^3 boxes weighing 20 lb each? (11/1/2005)
Question: Hello... I can pick up your piano this morning; I am in SAC now and a client reschedule, or on Sunday morning for a next Wed. delivery. (11/4/2005)
Question: Hi... I have a full load now, but I am still able for the minute to make a northbound pick up on Sunday morning. Are you still interested? (11/4/2005)
Question: The boxes would be no problem. I am still waiting to see if I can deliver on the 12th. Is there anyway I could deliver on Nov. 11th in the evening? Pick up is still set for Sunday morning. I will know more about my schedule tomorrow afternoon. Thanks, Todd (11/4/2005)
Response: You could deliver on November 11th in the evening. Are you going to place a bid? (11/4/2005)
Question: Just want to make sure somebody will be at both ends to help load/unload. Once I hear back from you, I will place my bid of $450.00. Thank you for your patience. I do not like to place bids, until I can give you 100% commitment. Thanks again, Todd (11/5/2005)
Response: Somebody will be at both ends to help load/unload; however, my wife will be at the delivery end and is not capable of really heavy lifting. (11/5/2005)
