Question: i have a toyhauler with hydralic taillift but am only one person, will there be help on both ends, what price range are you looking in -thanks james (8/19/2009)

Response: Sorry I did not get back to you yesterday but my internet was down.
Do you have a piano dolly so you would not have to lift it? My brother will be on the pick up end and my husband will be on the delivery end however they both have back issues. With a dolly I don't think pushing it would be a problem.
Also what length is your mover? We live on a curvy road. I was looking to pay about $300 or so.
Thanks,
Wendy (8/20/2009)

Question: $400.00, Hello Client, Ship with confidence!! We are DOT/MCC licensed and fully insured. This is important as it is the ONLY legal way to ship for-hire. We are Barnoll Transportation out of Walkerton, IN and we have a truck coming through Athen's on 9/2/09 heading east-bound. We have an excellent feedback rating with U-Ship and additional references available for review. Your shipment will be transported in an enclosed state of the art box truck, which has a lift-gate and securing devices for safe transportation. We ship direct, no cross docking. Will help be available to assist our driver with the loading and unloading, if needed? I would appreciate the opportunity to earn you business. If we can be of further assistance, please advise and I will submit a formal bid. Thanks, Bernard (8/31/2009)

Response: Yes, there will be someone on both ends to help push it. I imagine you have piano dollys, as that sure makes it easy to move them around.
I was hoping to have the things shipped for $350 if you can live with that book it.
Thanks!

Response: Thanks for your response. Here is my dilemna...I can take a load from Addison. TX to Chattanooga, TN for $450. However, I cannot pick it up until after 3:30pm on 9/3. For $50.00 I will fore-go the Addison Load and take yours. For $100.00 I will wait the x-tra day. I thought by splitting the difference, we could help each other out. I do have dollies (regular floor 4 caster wheel dollies). Let me know if I can be of assistance. Thanks, Bernard (8/31/2009)

Response: I think we can do some business if your pick up date is firm. My brother will have to meet you at the property and he is available on the 2nd.
Is that a firm date?
Thanks! (8/31/2009)

Response: I may get lucky and get my current load delivered tomorrow, which would put me through Athens tomorrow as well. Would this create a problem? I will not know until the AM if I can deliver early. Please advise (8/31/2009)

Response: Tomorrow would be the only day this week that my brother could meet you and he is the only one who can. Therefore if you can do it tomorrow we are in good shape.
How long is your truck?
My road on the delivery end is curvy for about a mile so a semi would't work.
Thanks (9/1/2009)

Response: Were in good shape. I can't deliver my load until tomorrow, so this works well. I will place the bid, once you accept, we can discuss details over the phone. Thanks, Bernard (9/1/2009)

Response: I accepted your bid however you did not mention your truck size. I sure hope there is no problem with it.
I have a windy, narrow road for about a mile.
When we speak, I will give you the contact information for my brother and you can work the pickup details out with him.
Thanks (9/1/2009)

Response: I am sorry, I failed to mention my truck size. I have a straight truck....40'. It is about 1/2 the size of a semi. I should not have any problems getting around winding roads. Think of my truck as the larges U-Haul truck you have seen. HOpe this helps. thanks, Bernard (9/1/2009)
