Question: Can we pick up on Friday and deliver next week? 2 Strong Movers - Also what target price were you looking for? (10/31/2007)

Response: I would have to check with my husband and see if someone will be at the location in seattle on Friday. What time were you thinking about on Friday? Also, what day are you thinking of delivering to So. Cal next week? I am not sure of the going rate on shipping this old antique (not tuned) piano, you are the first response I have had. What rate do you usually charge for this service? I will be checking other bids, if you are on the high side. If you are reasonable, then I am sure this might work out. We are not in dire need- we can store this at my husband sister's house, but would prefer to have it sent here. My husband's mother passed away- unexpectedly on Tuesday and we have to clear her apartment. This item is the only furniture item my husband wants to keep, his sister is going to decide on the rest of the items. What rate do you usually charge for this service?
Thank you. (10/31/2007)

Response: did you still need this item delivered - I will have a truck up there this week - 2StrongMovers (11/19/2007)

Response: Yes, we do still need this item delivered. My husband is up there this week, as well. Let me check with him and see if this is a good week for him to have this done. What days do you expect your truck to be in the Seattle area this week? (11/19/2007)

Response: We will have a truck up there Wed afternoon. 2StrongMovers (11/19/2007)

Response: If we agree to terms and accept bid, what date do you have in mind for delivery in Southern California? (11/19/2007)

Response: Delivery would be Friday or Saturday - You pick - Not to put any pressure on the situation but My truck is leaving California for Washington in the morning - Would like to have an idea of the route we would be taking. thanks 2StrongMovers (11/19/2007)

Response: What is your bid? (11/20/2007)

Response: $500 includes insurance. (11/20/2007)

Response: That sounds fair, if you could also include two boxes with some fragile items, from my Mother in Law's apartment. They will be pre-packed. This piano also includes a bench. My husband is in Seattle and would meet you at the apartment, there on Wednesday. If we could narrow down a time, since he is staying abour 35 minutes from the apartment. (11/20/2007)

Response: The boxes from your mother-in-laws is not a problem. The bid has been placed again. We can call you tomorrow morning with a time frame for pick up. Thank you. (11/21/2007)

Question: Is the piano on the ground floor and delivered on ground floor?
Mark (11/1/2007)

Response: No the piano at this time is in an apartment with an large elevator in Seattle. When it arrives in California it is coming to my house and will be on the ground level- however there are 3 concrete steps at the entry way of my house, another way in my house is through the backyard and into thru our patio sliding glass door. My husbands mother passed away unexpectedly and was found on Tuesday. I am looking for a fair price. THe pickup date is more important then the delivery date. We are not in a huge hurry to receive it, but we do need to clear out her apartment, so that they can rent it to another person. My husband flew up to Seattle last night and is in town this weekend. (11/1/2007)

Response: I'd like to take care of this at a fair price but The load date would be about the 9th-10th.Ant chance that it can be picked up then?
Mark (11/1/2007)

Response: I would have to check with my husband and see what date they have final vacate the apartment by. He is in a meeting at the funeral home right now. What price do you estimate for this service?
Leesa (11/1/2007)

Response: What do you think is fair other than what I charge?f I charged by milage and load/unload it would be about 7-800. (11/1/2007)

Response: Ok, that is more then I was planning on spending. I have looked up similar items, similar distances, and they run for the same size and weight anywhere from $200 to $400.00. I am not in a huge hurry to receive it. The time constraint is having it out of the space it is in now. I am looking for someone who can combine it with an existing order. I do have alternatives to this, and I can always keep it a my husbands sisters in Seattle and store it till I get a reasonable and fair quote. We are not in an emergency dire situation, here. I am flexible on the delivery time.
