Response: Does the Dallas location have a loading dock like Houston? Will there be any stairs involved in pick up or delivery? May we blanket and shrink wrap item to ship? Running a few days out due to delay at dock. Is delivery flexible?

Response: This item is going to Houston not Dallas. It is already shrink wrapped, the business does have a loading dock. They are open M-Thurs 9-4 and friday 9-3. What price can you deliver it for? There is no rush on the delivery. (11/7/2007)
Response: we do alot of antinques and we are a blacket wrap shipping company and we will be in Az today and can pickup in Cal. by the weekend and delivery in Houston is fine we are a houston based company so that is better for us. Response: If you can copiously blanket wrap it, it should be fine. I assume it will also be firmly strapped down. The front door is primarily glass framed in wood. We've shrink wrapped it already. You can pick it up pretty much anytime, I live down the street so if it's after business hours we can come and let you in. (11/7/2007)
