Question: Hello, when will freight be ready and can you pay by credit card ? (6/9/2009)

Response: It is ready now, and is packaged as pictured. and I will pay with a debit card so it is a lesser charge for you. (6/9/2009)

Response: That's fine. We have just placed our bid. Also we would need your seller to take the legs off and wrap them up on a separate pallet so there is no damage done. If you are happy with our offer we are ready to go at anytime. Thanks, afino. (6/9/2009)

Response: What do you mean buy "the legs'? Do you mean the two 80 inch poles that are sticking upwards in the picture. Sorry but I just need to clarify what you are requesting. Thanks, Richard (6/9/2009)

Response: Yes the poles. They might be too high and I wouldnt want to risk this getting damaged in transit. My carriers would also probably feel more comfortable with these take off and put on a separate pallet. Since this would be 2 pallets now I will still keep the same price. No extra charge. Thanks, Alex with ASF Transport Services. (6/9/2009)

Response: Alex: Here is the reply from the place that I bought these items from:
-----------
"We can take the polls out and wrap them into 2 boxes. They will not fit on one pallet, but would need 2 to be transported. The displays are wrapped onto the pallet with stretch material, please see the attached picture and let me know if it will work. The displays are made of compressed wood (just like kitchen top material).
They can be picked up on Friday, but also next week Monday, or Tuesday. Later will be a bit of a problem. "
------------
Alex, does the above answer your last question? And, how soon could the items be picked up if I complete our transaction for shipping this afternoon. How late in the day are you in the office today? Thanks, Richard
(6/10/2009)

Response: Just as long as the seller has the 2 poles packaged nicely we should be fine, I am here for another hour eastern time, but also check email from home as well. I have access anytime. Yes we can pickup Friday. We look forward to working with you. (6/10/2009)

Response: Alex, just for clarification again, by saying "as long as the seller has the 2 poles packaged nicely we should be fine" means that they don't have to be on pallets, just protected well??? Thanks again (6/10/2009)

Response: if he can put them on pallets it would make so much easier for both driver and dock guys, not so much that it has to be that way, but it would really help out. if he can do it great, if not we will shoot for the best. (6/10/2009)

Question: What are the tables made of and is there any type of protection from things bumping into them during the rough transport over road? (6/9/2009)

Response: I do not have an answer to your question of what they are made with. They are trade show display tables that have been and are meant to be transported around from show to show. Additional blanking wrapping maybe necessary for protection during the trip. I can obtain additional information from the person that I bought them if necessary. by looking at the photo that I included in my listing, a pair of crossing ratchet straps may be necessary to help secure the tables to the pallet. Is that something that you can do or offer? Thanks for corresponding with me and for considering a bid. (6/9/2009)

Response: Thank you for the info. Our service is that we provide customers in need of shipment the least expensive means, like a brokerage. So, we can not offer any packaging service. Please let us know and we will bid accordingly. (6/9/2009)
