Response: two days before I was scheduled to leave, my horse cut his foot deeply enough to include the main artery. The cut is on the outside, next to his fetlock and includes a good flap of skin and flesh. I managed to get immediate vet help, and his foot looks good. He's his old spunky self now. I'm keeping it wrapped, and using a couple of different things to aid in healing, but he would'nt need any particular care on the trip. I do still need to go, but not until the very last couple of days in October, or the first week in November. Can you accomodate us at that time? And also, I need the assurance that you are a hauler I can actually reach by phone when I call. I'm not a pest, in any fashion, but my boy means everything to me. He's not a spoiled fella; I'm a petite/slim lady and I wouldn't have it any other way. Let me know if you can ship. Thanks. (8/31/2009)

Response: Great! that will work for me. I cannot make arrangements with someone to meet in Denver, as their schedule would have to meet yours and mine. Do you have any objections to me traveling more or less along with you? I have a small RV, which will tow my car. I would not expect for you to keep any eye on me, just hopefully would know where you plan to stop. I'd like to be there for loading my boy, and may just try to go on ahead of you to be there at drop off. Let me know what you think please. (9/11/2009)

My card now has enough on it to accept; I sure wish a person could flick cash to each other over the net :) My personal computer is actually in a box to be moved, so I must come to the library to correspond. I will check tomorrow morning to see if you have received and approved this.
