The orig carrier has been a nightmare, orig to pu on Feb 6, still has not pu the dog, sent emails, made phone calls up until yesterday...so I have cancelled and will accept your bid. Response: thanks for responding so quickly. Sounds like a plan, hoping that the uship fees from the orig bookiing will show as a credit alleviating my having to pay them again and making it more straight forward, not having to deal with trying to get the money back from USHIP... I will book you this evening, being a Sunday, not sure if they process credits. This whole experience has been a nightmare...
