Question: Sorry, not the autoclave, the centerfuge. I can probably give you a better quote for both, if you have an interest. Do they have a way of bringing this to the dock or will they need a pallet jack? Also, how is it packaged? (2/23/2009)

Response: No the centerfuge is not pack. They suggest a crate for the movement. (2/23/2009)

Response: I know that the centirfugre needs to be crated. I have given you a quote on the other listing. Are the ballance and the autoclave packaged or do they need to be packaged? (2/23/2009)

Response: Balance is not heavy, it can carried on hands and transported at same, but Autoclave is large. I don't now if they had been packaged all ready by the lab. I still waiting for an answer regarding with items package preference. Treat this quote separetly. PR State will cover this quote. (2/23/2009)

Response: Nothing shipped to PR will be able to be carried by hand. They both will need to be in some sort of packaging. I'll wait till you hear back to get you a quote. Can you give me feedback on our quote for the centrifuge? (2/23/2009)

Response: For the centerfuge quote, what cost was left out that will be cover by USDA, or in your quote that's covers all the cost? (2/23/2009)

Response: Our quote includes crating and transportation and $0.50/lb for liability. If you want to purchase additional insurance, we need to know what the commercial value of the equipment is. We also are not including the taxes and fees for importing into PR, you stated you would handle that. (2/23/2009)

Response: Ok, after conversation with Georgia Lab and Dorado Lab.: " according with Georgia Lab. Centerfuge is a floor model on rollers so it could be rolled into a truck if there was a ramp, it's located on the 1st floor, building have double doors and loading deck. Same as Dorado Lab. in PR.
For the customs forms, they deceided if you can work with it and included any charge to the bit with a final cost, but take on consideration that for taxes fee, we are tax free Agency. (2/23/2009)

Response: Okay, our quote would remain the same and includes crating and transportation. As I mentioned before, we could not quote you for taxes/customs without a commercial invoice. I don't know what if any charge there would be with out that document which I would be unable to obtain from you until after we have exchanged information. Please advise. (2/23/2009)
