Additional Information: This is a two load item!. The crusher has been disassembled. LOAD #1; Crusher, 10' wide, 40'long, 13' 10" high approximate weight 93,000lb. LOAD #2; 5'x16' feeder, & two bin panels. This load should legal and weigh around 22,000lb. Scheduling is flexible and the crane crew should have the item ready for loading this week. Question: GOOD EVENING I AM INTERESTED IN YOU SHIPMENT BUT ACCURATE MEASURMENTS AND WEIGHTS ARE NEEDED INORDER TO GIVE YOU AN ACCURATE QUOTE. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF THE MEASUREMENTS AND WEIGHT ARE ACCURATE? THANK YOU DARRYL CARGOMOTIONS (6/18/2009)
Response: After further investigation, i have found that the feeder and bin must be hauled separate at around 20,000lb, 10' wide and 16' long. The crusher will then be under 14' high less than 10' wide and 43' long. The trucker that hauled it to the sale said it pulled good, needed a rear light bar and crusher w/o the feeder weighs around 93,000lb. You will need to include a small crane to remove the feeder in your bid. (6/19/2009)
Response: DO YOU REALIZE THAT THIS IS GOING WAY OVER YOU BOOK IT NOW PRICE AND THAT THE OTHER BIDS YOU HAVE DO NOT COVER ALL THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE? I DO NOT DO MUCH WITH HIRING CRANES THAT WOULD BE SOMETHING YOU WOULD NEED TO FIND AND HIRE BY YOURSELF, AS FAR AS HAVING A FLATBED TO HAUL THE FEEDER AND A 4 AXLE TRACTOR TO PULL THE CRUSHER THAT I CAN HANDLE FOR YOU. NOW THAT YOU HAVE THE NEEDED INFORMATION I CAN PUT TOGETHER A BID FOR THIS. A CRANE WOULD ALSO BE NEEDED AT THE DESTINATION TO UNLOAD AND REATACH THE FEEDER. CRANES NORMALLY CHARGE BY THE HOUR AND IT IS UNKOWN UNTILL THE JOB IS DONE HOW MUCH IT WILL COST. ALSO YOU WILL NEED SOMEONE TO DISCONNECT THE FEEDER HOWEVER IT MAY TO ATTACHED. Response: YES, at this time the crusher is unbooked and remains that way until it is disassembled to an acceptable weight and width. The crusher will be hauled in two loads. The crusher load will weigh around 100,000lb and legal on 7 axles, the height will be under 14 feet and width at around 10'. The second load will legal on a step deck and consist of the feeder and bin. Bid on the load! (6/22/2009)
