Response: Hi, this is a new model. The pool is surrounded by a 54" high fence with a 4 foot wide entry gate. Its about 50' from the end of the drivway to the pool area which can be accessed by either concrete steps or grass/mulch area. Ray told me the island grill would be placed on a 7' by 7' palette that was about 5.5' high. Thanks (6/3/2009)
Response: I am making sure that I know all the detiles before I take the job. Truck can pick it up any time from now, I will have 3 guys in NJ standing by to do the installation right of the truck. We need 3 guys to carry all the items, little bulky and aqward. We will need 85" gate to bring it to the pool. You have that acces space? Response: Hi, the pool gate is 4 feet wide so either:
(1) The item will have to be taken off the pallette and brought in like a couch through a doorway. According to the drawing the grill is 37" wide so it should fit through the gate. or (2) We'll take down part of the fence to accomodate bringing the pallette all the way in. The fence comes in 6 feet sections so I could always remove one of the sections to accomodate. Thanks, Bob (6/3/2009)

Question: hi Bob, my truck will be in LA today and tomorow, I left message for sales in Ontario Cal Spa and they will be back to me on posible loading Saturday. Dont know yet. I can try to bring the price down, but I want to see where I can cut the corners. I cant on installation, its my contractors, so, they charge me and its quaranteed.
