Question: hi I live north of mpls can pick this up on my way back from NY full size pickup for 275.00 need to know asap as im leaving on 6/13thanks (6/10/2006)
Response: Hello Renopker, I think it will work out. I'll have to contact the person from whom I am purchasing the engine and make sure he is able to have it ready. Would you be arriving on the 14th in Monroe, MI? Also, in my comments regarding my shipment I mentioned that crating is not necessary; however, having a fair amount of padding would be required. At the pick-up location you would have help by "several other people" and a forklift to lift the engine into your truck. Likewise, on my end I'll have a number of people ready to unload. I'll try to get back by tomorrow Midday with a final answer. Thanks (6/10/2006)

Question: FYI....just because its "in the back of his truck" doesnt make it covered by insurance, if he's not a licensed and insured carrier and theres damage or an accident, theres NO coverage when the insurance co finds out he's hauling for hire, and the DOT will impound the load because he's not legal to haul for hire.
