Question: I live near Lejeune, can you post a photo? (10/23/2008)

Response: The photo I have is worthless. I posted a photo of a toy which looks a little like it, with a folded knuckleboom crane on the tail. I think the trailer can be towed with a F350, and I think it has an adjustable pintle ring. Pickup can only be arranged for Mondays.

Question: I can load this monday if you would like.Does this trailer have air brakes? Will someone be there to help load?I can put this on to my step deck trailer and tow to you.I am fully licensed and insured.I carry a million dollar policy. Please let me know ASAP so I can make bid? (12/26/2008)

Response: I have had 2 truckers there who couldn't load, a lowboy, and a step deck. At the base there is a fork lift to load, and a loading dock. if you have ramps, and a winch you can load from the ground, but the loading dock will be to high for the step deck. The fork lift operator can push it on, but without a winch, it will be difficult to steer on. I think there are air brakes, but they are backed off. (12/27/2008)

Response: Hello.. Yes I have ramps on my trailer but no winch.I think the guy that would be pushing this on the trailer will have to steer even if there is a winch. Also I do have a 40FT flat bed trailer but I think the height may be a issue. The ramps that I have on my step deck are kind of long.Just let me know what you think? Thanks for getting back with me. Response: what is the height of the trailer and length of the ramps? Can you bring a come-along to keep tensiion?
(12/27/2008)

Response: The trailer height from the ground to the top is 2 1/2FT.I do not know thw exact length of the ramps but I can get it.I am pretty sure they are about 6FT long.Yes I can bring a come a long. Please get back with me ASAP. (12/27/2008)

Response: As long as we agree that if you can not load, that the deal is off, I can give you this job. The 6' ramps, will create a 41% grade, which is very steep. You will need to find a location on site that is not flat, so that you can reduce the slope. Or you can ramp up to the loading dock,, so that the load is coming on to your trailer by gravity. If you want to take a shot, go ahead and bid.

Question: Yea thats no problem ...no load no deal..what kind of hitch does this unit have. I would assume a 5th wheel? What was the reason the other guy with a drop deck could not load? What monday does it need to be out of there.(DATE)Thank you for your quick response. (12/28/2008)

Response: Tomorrow would be great, but I can set up for the following Monday.
The first girl had a low boy with exposed tires that she had to load over, and couldn't do it.
The second guy just didn't have room on his trailer, and would have been overloaded.
The trailer has no hitch, I assume that it was cut off.
