Questions for this shipment:

Question: Hello, it's rather difficult to give a price on your shipment without more details. A picture(s) would help, but I could give you a price for transport only of the 2 pieces of the mobilehome only. At your stated dimensions each piece would be 792x156x144. For transport only (pieces already prepared for travel-axles/tires/hitch and open side wrapped) would be $3475.00 per piece. You may want to get an estimate on preparing for transport from a local co. (that is if they are not already prepared). On the shed and other things would be a separate issue. Thankyou (5/12/2008)
Response: I will do that for preperation of axles. Do you do set up because I will need that? JC (5/15/2008)
Response: Hello JC, I only do the transport but I have a 2 man crew that I work with that does the prep and set up work, they are good and are very reasonable , however an accurate estimate on that type of work requires alot of details and pictures or their being able to see it in person. We are based in So. Calf , they do travel though. I am leaving to Dallas in a day or two to pick up a new truck to bring back here then I have to install the equipment for pulling modular homes on the new truck. It would be at least two weeks before I could be in WA. One other thing is sometimes in order to SET UP the home the set up crew needs to be licensed in the particular state (I could check on WA regulations), this rule does not (usually) apply to the take down work only the set back up.Thanks,Mike-HIGHDESERT (5/15/2008)
Response: HI Mike, I'll probably get a set up crew up there, you know someone that lives up there. Most likely this will be at the end of August or in Sept. What would your price be to take it up there? JC. (5/17/2008)
Response: Hi JC, $4200 to transport both pieces if they are fully prepared for transport. Thanks,Mike-HIGHDESERT (6/1/2008)
Question: I think I landed in the twilight zone-wasn't this going somewhere else before? (5/13/2008)
Response: Well you know us women, we are always changing our minds. Okanagon is my destination now and thanks. JC. (5/15/2008)
Response: No I didn't know women were prone to changing their mind often, maybe we should wait though in case you change your mind again? Thanks (5/15/2008)
Question: Do you want prep to move haul and rejoined and seal and ready to live in and are the axels and tires still under the mobile home? OnTheMoveForYou, Mark (5/16/2008)
Response: Yes it will be a complete tear down and set up. How much would you charge? JC (5/17/2008)
Response: $14000 for the mobile and 2200 for the shed, hot tub and materials... Total of $16,200 start to finish... OnTheMoveForYou, Mark (5/17/2008)
Response: please forward your insurance info and does that include complete set up etc. JC (5/17/2008)
Response: I'm working on th details and would hire haulers that are insured for the pull and would split and reset and seal home etc... When do you want to move this? Mark Mark (5/18/2008)
Response: It will be Aug. or Sept and could be in JUly, but most likely in Aug. So are you saying that you wouldn't be driving the semi? JC. (5/18/2008)
Response: I'd produce all the components and be thier for overseeing it all.The driver for the company I hire would drive the semi...Mark (5/18/2008)
Response: Hi Mark, I am looking as I posted between 10 to 12k for all. I would also need a copy of your complete insurance coverage. We may be able to negoiate a price, but I would still need all you insurance info. JC. (5/21/2008)
Response: Hello J.C. ...haven't forgot you..Just really busy...I'll provide you with everything you need when we confirm a bid...Hope all is well and I'm now booked until mid July.... I once moved 2 houses off property and put on lot in Bend,Or and built breeze way and did log exterior fyi... Mark (5/26/2008)
Question: are you willing to split the shipment? (6/3/2008)
Response: What do you mean? split the shipment??? (6/8/2008)
Question: Hello JC, what size is the shed? Also, is the home occupied now and do you need to move the houshold belongings as well? (6/8/2008)
Question: I'm moving myself from California to Washington State and would like to do this project with you.... Can't give out info that leads to contact and will make sure and provide your needed insuranse information when we schedule and before the major move...I'll take care of this with and for you... Mark (6/11/2008)
Question: Hi JC I am based out of Spokane WA and will be moving 40 mobiles out of the auburn area over the next couple months and I think we can meet your max bid of 12k. I will talk to my take down crew and see what there schedule is and see if they will do the set up as well and let you know in about a week or so. (6/12/2008)
