Additional Information: My daughter stored her apartment items in a 10x10 storage unit prior to joining Army in 2003. She is busy attending school as the Army gave her a medical discharge plus her husband is on his 2nd deployment to Afghanistan, so I am trying to help get her “stuff” from Burton, OH to her house in Cameron, NC. She’s paid way more in storage costs than a lot of the items are worth but it isn’t possible for either of us to spend the time in Ohio to sell any unneeded furniture there. I’ve acquired quotes from a number of the chain moving companies and have also looked at the pod type moving idea. There will only be one person at the load point and she is not able to assist unloading at her end due to the hip injury. Not pictured: 1 twin bed & small bureau. In the picture with the deer head, the deer head & that particular recliner will not be included in the move. Yes, you do see a treadmill. The breakfast nook has already been split into two sections. Queen & twin mattress/box springs are NOT in boxes. Approx 20-30 packed boxes(we think). No big appliances. Report a Violation

Response: I'm afraid not. I'm locked into the 11/11-11/13 dates for pickup as those are the dates I will be in Ohio (the only reason I'm going is to be there for the pickup). I live in Key West, FL & my daughter lives at the NC location. (I am using those dates because I will be flying to Norfolk for a class the week before that and am trying to get all this arranged for after the class ends 11/10.) (9/20/2009)

Response: $1000 or below, however since i will be at the pickup point alone, it will also need to include loading the truck with the contents of the storage unit. (9/21/2009)

Response: I don't think I specified, but I am her mother not her father. But I'm willing to help, am not disabled in any way, & still have time to hit the weight machine & build my arms back up a bit. Lol The only item I know we would REALLY struggle with would be the treadmill. (I know. I helped to move it into the house in 2000 when I bought it.) Will you have a hand truck? – Plus, I plan on flying back down to be at her house by noon on 11/14, Saturday or earlier, depending on the exact pickup date decided on. And this would be paid half on pickup & half on delivery. (9/22/2009)
