We have 4 destinations - Charleston, WV, Washington, D.C., Hampton, VA and Pittsburgh, PA. Is the bid for all 4 destinations or only 1 destination? Also, we will need someone to take apart cubes, take down white boards, etc. Is this included in the bid?
Our price includes all that you mentioned. There would only be additional costs if there was major, excessive labor....

The quote is including the 4 destinations and the dismantling of the cubes and taking down white boards etc. In that regard there are no white boards mentioned in your list of items?? Can you elaborate on what would come out of storage - just so that we are all on the same page. Many thanks for your consideration.

Good morning Tammy, tank you for your message. Other these items listed from store, alreday included in the list of items previously supplied? If not, we may have to revise the quote a little. Also, the storage 25 miles away, in which direction (just curious).
I notice that we have been underbid but if we really are a serious contender, I would very much like to view the load, would this be possible early in the forthcoming week? Thanks/regards Terry B

We will need the desks disassembled, whiteboards taken down, and we have a TV and stand that will need to be packed. Will you be able to do this?
