Question: do u known if the pickup point has a ramp that a ford cargo van can drive up to or the forklift come down to my van? also, what is the situation at delivery? is forklift available? i have pallet jack which can be used on fairly level/firm surfaces (5/18/2008)
Response: The pickup point has a forklift that can load into the van. Delivery point is curbside. I will have to offload the boxes and move them seperately. We could stak them on the sidewalk and I would take it from there. (5/18/2008)
