  • Junk Details: The hot tub is in our backyard. It needs to be disconnected (already drained) and taken through our large gate backing onto the sidewalk and street, about 10-12 feet. Trailer can be backed up to gate (over a curb) or parked on street - add 10 feet to transport to trailer.

Response: I am unsure of the weight, but 1-800-GotJunk estimates it to be a 4 man job. The dimensions that I measured are 83"(long) x 83"(wide) x 35"(depth). (3/2/2008)

Response: Hmmm. All I know is that the power has to be disconnected for your safety, and I am not sure which breaker runs to the hot tub. As for water, I know there is a water exit port, but don't know where it may be connected for filling. I am not the original owner, so not much help here. (3/2/2008)

Question: How bad is this tub? Is this tub complete junk, or can it be fixed up? (3/2/2008)
Response: The wood exterior has been protected and is in very good shape. The tile inlay on the corner tops are also in excellent condition. The fiberglass interior shell has been covered with an insulated pad (cover smells mildewy), but the fiberglass shell is in good shape. The electrical wires and stuff have been exposed to the elements. Ya know, it may be quite usable. You'd have to judge. (3/2/2008)
