Response: I think the way it works. I submit a bid for you to accept. In order to accept, you need to provide a Credit Card to U-hip where they will charge their fees. And you’ll owe me the rest of the balance. For example: If you accepted my bid and their fee is $39. They will charge the $39 on your card and you’ll have to pay me the rest which is $380 ($419-$39=$380). I hope that’s explains it. So let me know if you’d like me to place my bid.
