Question: I'm sorry, other loads are firming up that would make the run over to Stem a real problem. I'm still trying to make it fit but I thought it best to retract my bid. Do you have any way to make it to I-95? -- Dave (1/26/2006)

Question: If you can get to Petersburg (110 miles) i can take you the rest of the way. Otherwise, i'm trying to get other loads on I-95. If , at the end of the day, I haven't nailed anything down I would still be able to pick you up in Stem but we won't know until this evening. -- Dave (1/26/2006)

Question: According to googlemaps It's 85 miles from Stem to Rocky mount. So a difference of 25 miles for you is a difference of around 150 miles for me given that I can go almost straight up to Petersburg from Herford. But I'd like to help you if I can. I just didn't want to add those miles to my trip if it mean haviong to pass on other loads. We will see what the day brings. Response: That sounds good to me. I guess I'll drive my 4runner to Petersburg, and try to work out a way to get it home afterward. 6am sounds good, the dealership I am buying the truck from closes at 6pm, so I would love to make it by then to avoid staying in a hotel overnight. Response: Worked it out with my sister. She said that there is a Wal-Mart and Lowe's right off of I-64 in Williamsburg at exit 234 (Rochambeau). She can drop me off there at 6am. Sound good? (1/26/2006)
