Additional Information: In the picture above, the TV and stand are separate from each other. The stand has two glass shelves. This would be a pickup and delivery to two 1st floor residences with easy flat street access. When the TV and Stand are picked up they would need to be packed appropriately/wrapped in blankets for security as they will not be in any kind of a box. I will need insurance coverage of $3500.

Questions for this shipment:

Question: when do you need this done? (1/27/2009)
Response: If you are still interested in this job, I just relisted it. It is now ready for pickup and I don't have any deadline of when it needs to be completed but would like it done in the next few weeks if possible. Thanks. (2/10/2009)
Question: i no nothin about flat screens so maybe you could tell me if this is right i heard they must be shipped in the original box i have a box truck and will be heaing to texas if intrested (1/27/2009)
Question: am heading down texas way now. if there would be some assist with loading and off loading, i could pick up probably later tomorrow afternoon, del within 2 days for 300. let me know..and btw.. plasma tv's are the finicky ones. (2/10/2009)
Response: Hey Howard, thanks for getting back to me. So with your comment about Plasmas are you saying that it's a good thing that this isn't a Plasma or are you saying it can be finicky? Just checking because it's not a Plasma. It's a tabletop projection TV. Let me see if my brother in law could be there tomorrow to help you load it. And you could do the packing with blankets etc. to ensure it rides with cushion? Thanks again. (2/10/2009)
Response: its the plasma tv's that don't like being shipped. your's should do well although they sometimes need realigned..which there's usually a utility in the setup menu that does it( i have the same set at home) let me know asap..am on my waY TO MADISON (WI) FOR A OICKUP THEN ITS DOWN TO TX. (2/10/2009)
Response: Thanks Howard for getting back to me so quick, I'm checking with my brother in law now in Jeff City to see if he can be there tomorrow afternoon to help you load. Any wild guess on an approximate time you'd be there? (2/10/2009)
Response: AT THIS JUNCTURE NOT SURE JUST WHAT TIME FRAME will be, will know a bit better later on this afternoon/evening (2/10/2009)
Question: as a guess, barring weather etc, probably between 3-6 pm (2/10/2009)
Response: Okay Howard, I talked to my brother in law in Jefferson City and said he can help load it but he will be working till 6:00 or so tomorrow evening but said if you got there before 6:00 he could leave work to come home and help you load but might not be immediate, might be up to 30 minutes to get home depending on what's going on. Best thing he said is that you could call him as you get closer with a better estimate on when you'll be there. If you'd like to talk further, you can call me directly at [NOTE: Once a bid is accepted, both parties’ contact info will be exchanged. –uShip], my name is Lane or I'll try to check email back in a bit but if all this is good for you than plan on it and I'll accept the bid as soon as I hear back from you. Thanks Howard! Again I appreciate the help! Sincerely, Lane (2/10/2009)
Response: your reply to this response didn't come through..rephrase it and make sure it doesn't include anything that might resemble contact info. (2/10/2009)
Response: Howard, not sure if my earlier response came through but I had just said that because my brother-in-law is a doctor if you get there before 6:00 there is a chance if he's on an emergency that you'd have to wait till he can get there - that's all. But check my message I just accepted with his phone number. (2/10/2009)
Question: PLACED BID..need to know tonight if this is a go or not so i can adjust my route. thanks. (2/10/2009)
Response: Also Howard my brother in law is a doctor soo there is a slight possibility that he might not be able to get away until he gets off at 6:00 or so if there is an emergency but he says that is rare - just wanted to make you aware that that is a slight possibility. Thanks again, Lane and just let me know if this works for you and I'll accept the bid. (2/10/2009)
Response: I always aim to please so lets do it..lol. Also, include his phone number so I can coordinate pick up time directly with him. Thanks. (2/10/2009)
Response: Great Howard - that's why I'm going with you. You're profile, reputation and feedback speak volumes about your work. Again really appreciate it. Okay his name is Steve Harper and his phone number is [NOTE: Once a bid is accepted, both parties’ contact info will be exchanged. –uShip]. I will go and accept the bid now. Thanks again Howard and if you have any questions on anything tomorrow feel free to give either of us a call. and I'll see you on Thursday and if you need more time and can't get here till Friday or have a chance to pick up an extra load, I'm flexible so Friday is fine too. Also email or call me on the day you're coming in to give me an idea when you'll be here and I can get home from work in 20 minutes or so. Talk to you later, Lane (2/10/2009)
Question: Please be aware that my bid will expire at midnight. in order to get this on my route, I need to know no later than 8:00am (2/10/2009)
