Response: Thanks. Would I meet you in Blaine, WA for the paperwork, or do you have a broker in mind that could get you across the border? I'm not completely familiar with all the importation details, yet. Any info you have would be appreciated. Thanks, Jim (9/19/2009)
Response: A customs broker would cost considerably more than meeting on the U.S. side since you are so close to the border. You can meet at border and pay taxes and duties and I would be able to transport to BC without a customs broker. All paperwork must be included with shipment, done this at different border crossings and it is just a matter of having the correct paperwork. Thanks, Tony. (9/19/2009)

Response: Thanks Ray, I'll call Hilmerson RV and Marine and confirm when the boat will be ready. I'm eager to get it now, but they need to wait for our wire transfer to arrive at their bank, which we sent to them yesterday, before they do the new boat inspection and then 'shrink-wrap' the boat to avoid rock chips. I'll let you know what they say in a few hours. You are the one we will be asking to tow the boat as soon as I speak to them. Thanks Ray! (9/22/2009)
