Response: On pick up it is ground floor simply from garage to your truck and it is already packaged. On delivery I can get people to help me bring it up to my apartment so I will not need any help other than dropping it off at ground level.
My concerns are that it happens after May 1. Second, I was hoping to add the TV stand which is a little longer than the TV itself and weighs about 80 pounds. Both are fragile as you can imagine so I would like to have them both fully insured. Would you be able to give me a quote for the TV alone and then with the stand included and fully insured? Response: Hi, how much would it be to add the stand that comes with it? It weighs about 85 pounds and I believe both things are already fully packaged. Can you give me a quote for both things to be shipped and FULLY insured as combined they almost come out to $3,000 (4/14/2008)
Response: If the stand is separate it will be $50 additional. If any or both items are already packaged, both will be fully insured for accidental damage, fire or theft. You will NOT be covered for concealed damage (i.e.) broken glass, scratches...etc, unless the packaging is damaged in transit. However, I will add my own blanket wrap protection and will have the option to use my airchamber system for added protection as I use with valuable paintings and HDTV Flat panels. Let me know ASAP. Response: Cargo insurance is by Northern Marine Underwriters (NMU)and provided 100% by the Watkins Syndicate at Lloyd's. Our Primary coverage is replacement cost coverage for the full declared value of the items with a $500 deductible which I will cover in the event of a claim. That is my confidence guarantee.
