Additional Information: I am in Tempe, AZ for school, but I took my dog Jet home with me for the summer so he's stuck in Westerville, OH. He was supposed to get to Tempe on August 21st, but since then I have had 2 people cancel on me. I really need him out here as soon as possible because my mom has already been taking care of him for me for way too long. She works long hours and cannot care for him any longer. He is great company and is really well behaved in car rides. He only needs to stop for the bathroom every 6 hours or so also, so he won't slow you down. If anyone could help I would appreciate it a lot.

Does Jet have his licenses and shots? Do you have a pet carrier(not required). Is Jet on a special diet or specific food type. If so, will you be providing the food? Thanks

Response: Yes he is up to date on all his shots. I have the papers with me, but you will be picking up from my mother. She may have made copies, but if not I can scan them to her and she can print them for you. His food will be provided I already have a small bag bought for him for who ever picks him up. And he does not have a pet carrier.8/22/2012
