Additional Information: Also have: canopy for full size bed, 7 foot standing mirror, dollhouse, 10 ft Xmas tree in bag, weedeater, hose/box, 2 large flower pots, 2 topiaries, hammock with frame, outdoor stacking tables, 2 trash cans, table saw, chop box, band saw, router table, small compressor, mosquito magnet, and typical household goods...number of boxes to be determined, but assume there will be as many boxes as can fit in the trucks, beyond the inventoried items including those listed in this details sectin. We plan to move as many breakables/pictures/valuables as possible in our own vehicles. All bids must be a flat rate for items listed, as well as typical household goods to be loaded and unloaded by moving company in two 24-26 foot trucks. Question: hi, can this be picked up and delivered on monday the 27th? (7/18/2009)
Response: We are working on the inventory now, but the 27th would not work as that is possibly our earliest closing, and I don't think it could be packed, driven, and unpacked in one day. The dates are tentative at this point, as we don't have an actual closing date yet. Thanks, Derek (7/18/2009)

Response: 1 Does your place have an elevator??? 2. Does the grandfather clock to special packaging???? 3. Will the doll house be packaged for shipping??? 4. Do you have any other concerns? You have done a great job listing your items. Want to get a better feel for the job. Besides the clock and doll house this job is large but not difficult expecially if your place has an elevator. Response: Sorry for the delay in responding. I have been trying to handle this while on vacation, and was enroute home yesterday. I need this evening to go through all of my email, but will be in touch later this evening or first thing in the morning. Overall, it looks good. Response: In lewes I already have a contact. I will research Va tonight. I just saw that it was a grand, not an upright, this afternoon. I will rebid, as that is a specialty I am not equiped for. I can easily move it after it is prepped. (7/23/2009)

Response: I don't think there are really any actual changes beyond anything we discussed. I just want to make sure we get everything in the request and bid. The piano is catching me a bit by surprise, as that is been in the invenrory the whole time, but if I am reading correctly you are going to need to adjust your bid based on it. Is that right? Response: I won't know without talking to the piano company. Depends on what they want to charge me. You closed the listing, to "make changes to the listing". What will they be? (7/23/2009)
Response: I changed the dates to pickup on the 7th, and delivery on the 9th as we discussed (or on the 10th if you prefer). And I changed the details section to just reflect what we have discussed thus far. I should have included that delivery on the 9th will not be before noon. Can you include that in your bid?
