Questions for this shipment:

Question: Good Evening, are there many stairs involved and is the weight accurate at 100 lbs. I will be back in Atlanta on Thursday afternoon 11/13 and would be glad to help you with this. (11/10/2008)
Response: Hi, I used my scale to try to figure out the weight, so I'm not 100% sure it's accurate. My husband was able to lift it, but I wasn't and he injured his back in the process. We just should have used the appliance dolly. I tried calling where we bought it to get the weight, haven't heard back yet. We have an appliance dolly to strap it to. There's two ways to get in the house, both have pros and cons. Going inside the house, there are5 steps up from the garage into the house, then a flight upstairs - it's split into 2 half levels - go up half, turn, then the second half. The second way is outside, which as less stairs, but getting it up the first for steps to the landing is tight. -Rebecca (11/11/2008)
Response: Hi Rebecca, Thanks for the reply. I should be able to handle it no problem. I have dollies, etc and I will be coming through as I said later this week. I will place my bid and have a wonderful day !!! (11/11/2008)
Question: hi i will be in the area on nov 12. would be interested in helping you move this. i will be needing your assistance if you can help any. are your measurements correct? is there any steps to go up? any doors that might need to be removed for safe passage? is the area going from the garage to the great room a straight hallway or something with a turn or curve in it? (11/10/2008)
Response: I can help some and we have an appliance dolly. The measurements are accurate, the weight I tried to do with the home scale, so I'm not 100% positive. There are stairs, no need to remove doors. There are two ways into the house, through the house or up the back. Up the back is easier, except for getting the item to the initial landing, once it's up, it's easy, especially with the dolly. My husband has hurt his back, so he's not much help. I can am some help, but do have some limitations. (11/11/2008)
