Response: : hello i can pick up 6-9 and drop off 6-12 for 3,000.00 would need a hand with un load in sf,martin6/5/2012Report a Violation
Response: The timing is great, unfortunately I have nobody to help you unload in SF.6/5/2012Report a Violation
Response: : I can get some people for 150.0 extra would that work,martin6/5/2012Report a Violation
Response: Martin, A couple of questions... What time are you thinking on the 12th? My flight gets into SFO at 2. I am worried that if the flight is delayed nobody would be there to let you in. Is the 13th a possibility? Can you provide your insurance policies in writing? Thanks, Jessica6/5/2012Report a Violation
Response: : hello my return trip did not sign on yet without that it would be 3800.00 I wil bid and hope we can work it out,martin6/5/2012Report a Violation
Question:
6/5/2012
Hi Jessica, I am licensed/insured and will be on the job from start to finish. My all inclusive price for everything will be $4,500. Keep in mind, I have a USDOT# which allows me to transport your belongings across state lines. Additionally, I am located in the bay area. *Need to know ASAP at this price, as June is a very busy month. Thanks!Report a Violation
Response: Hi, what are you thinking for dates? I am looking to have pickup as soon as possible. Thanks.6/5/2012Report a Violation

hello jessica, just wanted to let you know my bid is up and good till 6:00 tonight would have to know so I can plan it,martinReport a Violation
Question:
6/5/2012
QQ: did you already have a mover come out to your house and establish a weight for everything? If so, how much did they say you have? ThanksReport a Violation
Response: No I haven't had anyone come out, but I have done a lot of online inventories and most say it is around 3600-4000 lbs. Our couch and loveseat are pretty small and we are not moving mattress or boxspring. The biggest piece of furniture we have is an armoire and it is a standard size armoire. Thanks!6/5/2012Report a Violation
Response: : Great-How soon are you thinking? Can you give me a range of dates? Thanks6/5/2012Report a Violation
Response: I could have pickup as soon as this Saturday, June 9. I am flying out to SFO on June 12 and get in at 2, so I probably couldn't be there to receive until June 13 to be safe considering possible flight delays. I start a new job on 6/18 so I couldn't receive until 6/20. 6/18 and 6/19 are blackout dates in terms of receiving because of orientation. I wanted to add that my husband will still be in Columbus through June, so pickup doesn't has to occur before June 12, but the sooner the better. I would like to make a decision on this as soon as possible.6/5/2012Report a Violation
Response: : Hi Jessica, Understood-when is the latest you could be ready? I will leaving for CA on the 9th and have room for you but the price would be a little higher. Thanks for your quick response:)6/6/2012Report a Violation
Response: My husband will be here through June, so we can be flexible, but I'd like to get it out there sooner than later so I have some furniture. We would like to use you, as you seem reputable and have good reviews, but we really don't want to be much higher than the $4500 you already quoted. What would be the next available pickup date if you don't do the 9th?6/6/2012Report a Violation
Response: : I will be back in OH between 6/25-6/27. Thanks for the compliment-I try my best:)6/6/2012Report a Violation
Response: What is the cost for picking up this weekend?6/6/2012Report a Violation
Response: : $4,878-all fees included.6/6/2012Report a Violation
Response: Thanks, can you please submit this is a formal bid so that I can review your terms i.e. does it include fuel, tolls, any fees in SF, weight changes, etc.?6/6/2012Report a Violation
Response: : Sure, the only unforeseen fees would be if you added more to your inventory list and/or if there are more than 15 steps in SF, from the street level. Let me know if that is the case, so I can include that. Thanks!6/6/2012Report a Violation
Response: Please make a formal bid so I can review and see your delivery dates and so forth. Thanks.6/6/2012Report a Violation
Response: : *Almost forgot the turnpike tolls, sorry..6/6/2012Report a Violation
Response: I think we are okay on the stairs in SF. I should let you know there are about 22 stairs in front of my existing house.6/6/2012Report a Violation
Response: : Yikes:/ Ok, the surcharge for steps between 16-35 is $75. Turnpike/bridge toll surcharges are $55. Thanks!6/6/2012Report a Violation
Response: I am declining your bid because of the cash only option. From UShip: The payment method is completely your choice. All service providers are required to accept online payments through uShip - which we created to give our users a safe, secure and convenient way to pay and get paid. The service provider gets paid on delivery by entering a payment code that you give to them confirming delivery. You can alternatively choose to pay a deposit through uShip and then the balance directly to the service provider.6/6/2012Report a Violation
Response: : Interesting, on our end it asks us what method we prefer(cash etc..) At the end of the day it really doesn't matter to me(paypal, uship etc..) so long as I have something up front to travel with. Doesn't sound reasonable to expect me to foot 100% of the expenses to SF.?6/6/2012Report a Violation
Response: I do get what you are saying, but everything I have read in the UShip community says that the shipper is not supposed to give the payment code to the service provider until delivery occurs. I am just trying to follow the process as stated.6/6/2012Report a Violation
Response: : Just read it. They must have updated the policy because I have always taken a % upfront. That's fine, I will trust that you will give me the payment code once the job is completed. *My bid expires in shortly. Need to move forward.6/6/2012Report a Violation

good morning,I was hoping we can make a deal so we can plan it let me know what you think ,martinReport a Violation
Question:
6/6/2012
Hello Jessica, wantin to place a bid for you, however looking at your list, it will be real tite.wondering how big some of your stuff is, you have no sizes listed. we have a 16ft boxtruck w liftgate. We loaded 5100lbs last week to Kan.no problem, just wantin to make sure it all fits, if you can give me some sizes that would be great. thanksReport a Violation
Response: I think we would be fine with a 16ft truck. The biggest thing we have is our armoire, and that's a standard size. We aren't moving mattresses. Our grill is the small, round charcoal size. Our couches are both on the small size. Both our dining room table and one of the bookcases fold down to be fairly compact. Most estimates I have had said probably between 3500-4000lbs.6/6/2012Report a Violation
Question:
6/6/2012
Hello, Please check my feedback and let me know what ideal dates work for you. Thanks, ScottReport a Violation
Response: Hi, this is a full relocation, and I notice you only have a pickup and a van. I think this will probably require a truck, but let me know.6/6/2012Report a Violation
Response: : Oh yea I should have updated that but if you look through my feedback I have moved entire house from SD to West Palm Beach and others but I would prob take a 24' truck for your move.6/6/2012Report a Violation
Response: What dates work for you? I could have pickup as soon as 6/9. I am flying out to SF next Tuesday, so could receive on or after 6/13. I cannot receive anything on 6/18 or 6/19 due to orientation at my new job, but could receive on or after 6/20. Please let me know what you are thinking. Also, we have about 22 stairs in front of our house and I guess there are also about 20 at the new apartment. Thanks!6/6/2012Report a Violation

Question:
6/6/2012
Just to clarify: I am expected to load/drive/unload everything in to your new residence in SF and hope that I get compensated? Not assuming that you wouldn't pay me but that sounds like a huge risk on my part. Agree? Everyone of the moves I have done have paid something upfront on pick up, so, there must be an option where you can select to pay a % upfront. Thanks!Report a Violation
Response: User agreement section 5. I pay uship, they pay you some kind of deposit, I give you the code for the balance upon delivery. Not like I am trying to pull something. that's their written policy6/6/2012Report a Violation
Response: : Just wanted to reinstate the fact that I have a USDOT# which means I am licensed/insured.6/6/2012Report a Violation
