Questions for this shipment:

Question: I have a load going exactly to sacto leaving tonight is the pup ready to go ..? (2/23/2009)
Response: I saw this too late in the day - was expecting a little more notice but I am new to this as well. I need to get an updated health certificate as the one I have is 9 months old. Everything else would have been ready. What would your fees have been? Keep me in mind - I may still have her if you get another load going in that direction. (2/23/2009)
Response: i can give you a bid however i woudl need answer in like an hour as my truck is loaded and ready to go... i am sorry i never saw your lab in time.. i am sorry.. for the 3000 miles you were looking at around 525 (2/23/2009)
Response: I definately need to miss this one - as I said - her health certificate is not legally current and there is no way to fix in time. If you get another opportunity - please let me know, and I appreciate the quote. (2/23/2009)
Question: we are going to be in Florida around march 25th. If you havent found anyone to ship your dog we can for you. please checkout our profile. We are a family owned business and your dog will be well taken care of with fresh water and food. Please checkout our truck and trailer to. It isnt your normal horse trailer. we can take him for $400 if we are going to be in your area in Florida. I should know more in a few days. We will be heading up I-5 on our way home. How far from I-5 are you? If you would like me to place a bid please let me know. Thank you, Baconnlegs (3/5/2009)
Response: Certainly if Morgan has not been shipped by that time we would consider your offer. Price range you cite is less than airfare so please make a bid. I am not sure where you will be in FL as there is no I-5 in FL - there is an I95, and an I75. Some 295's and like that near the bigger cities. Morgan is located on the central east coast southeast of Orlando (I95) but I can probably meet you somewhere within a reasonable distance. (3/5/2009)
Response: The I-5 on the west coast..Ill make a bid now and just keep up in mind. when my driver gets back ill ask him where he is goin gin Florida. I think he has to go all the way down to Tampa so he could pick her up on the way back up. If you dont hear anything from me by next week please drop me a note. Ive been getting busy on this sight and some get past me. Baconnlegs (3/5/2009)
Response: Hello - that is most likely I-75.... I am across the state from Tampa but could get her across myself and meet up on or near the interstate somewhere. Thanks for the bid and I'll let you know before the expiration date. (3/5/2009)
Question: Sounds good. Your dog is very cute..How old is she? She looks to have some years on her. Baconnlegs (3/5/2009)
Response: I am not the owner - have been babysitting her since June. The owner is in CA. I have vet papers on her that say she was 14 last June. She is getting on but is healthy. I will get her current travel papers from a vet before we ship her. She is pretty mild mannered and compliant. Just wants her food, water and some companionship. (3/5/2009)
Response: Wow..she looks great for 14yrs. old. I also talked to my driver and we have box stalls in our trailer that are nice and big. If you or the owner wants he can let her out in one of those when we stop to feed and water. He might even put her in a box stall with the kennel open so she can get out and walk around when she wants to. Baconnlegs (3/5/2009)
Response: A box stall sounds totally great - I am told she does not like the transport case and was faced with trying to acclimate her to it. If I know she's traveling that way then I can supply a rug she's used to sleeping on and that will make her so much happier. She likes rawhide chews which I can supply as well. (3/5/2009)
Question: I know we dont have much coming home right now so bring her stuff and Ill let him know she is an older dog and would like a box stall. Vance is a real animal lover and will be more then happy to give her a box if he is able to. Keep in touch, Baconnlegs (3/6/2009)
Response: I was talking to the owner last night and another question came up since you may be able to ship Morgan in a box stall. We have 2 other "bulky" items we want to get to CA - a glass fusion kiln and an antique cradle. The kiln is 24 inches across - 9 inch tall and weighs about 80 pounds. The cradle is wood and comes apart - the main piece is 40X24X20 and can't weigh more than 15-20 pounds. What would you charge to include these (if you would include them? (3/6/2009)
Response: Im sure that wouldnt be a problem. I have no idea what he would charge. what do you think is fair? let me know and I think it really wouldnt be a problem. Thank you, Brenda (3/6/2009)
Question: I talked to Vance today and he said giving Morgan a box wouldnt be a problem. If it will make her travel better he didnt mind. That way she can walk around to if she wants and not have to lay in the kennel all the time. He said he could take the extra stuff for $50.00 If that works for you just let me know. Thank you, Baconnlegs (3/7/2009)
Response: That would be perfect - exactly what I was thinking would be a great deal. I think we are pretty sure we want to accept your "bid" but how do we handle that? Can you re-bid in UShip or do I need to reject the prior one and you place a 2nd bid? (3/7/2009)
Response: just except this bid. that will be just fine.. Baconnlegs (3/7/2009)
Question: Hi there..We had one of our horses cancel that was going to be in your area. Now we are going to be going to Jacksonville, FL. We wont be able to come down and pick her up. It just cost to much in fuel. If you still would like us to take her can you bring her to Jacksonville? If not we may have to try for a later date. Thank you, baconnlegs (3/9/2009)
Response: I figured I needed to get her over to the west coast anyway as you were coming from Tampa - I can do J'ville instead with no problem. (3/9/2009)
Response: Sounds great... baconnlegs (3/9/2009)
Question: Hi, we could pick up Ms. Morgan around 3/17-18 if that timeframe works for you. I see you have other items you need transported unfortunately we only have room for our furry friends so couldn't help out with other items. Click on our name to learn alittle more about our services and let me know if we could submit our bid. Thanks, Bea (3/9/2009)
Response: Thank you very much for your inquiry but we're just about to finalize with another carrier. The added items were not intentional but came up as part of discusions and negotiations but in the long run that issue is a huge benefit for us. (3/9/2009)
