Response: I understand your situation. Your price is in my ball park (OK). My Dealer who I bought from is at a boatshow this weekend. I have already paid with cashiers check. Only waiting for confirmation that title is in hands of dealer (boat sold on consinment with dealer. Owner bying new boat from dealer and is suppose to drop off as soon as cashiers check is cashed/ok'd). I have no reason to doubt any problems. I have already paid cash and had boat winterized and also paid cash to have boat shrink wrapped (scheduled for Monday). I would say we are 99% good to go, but why waste your time if the unlikely were to happen. I hope to have word Monday and will accept. I have no reason to believe there are any issues, but let face it until the titles for boat and trailer are in the dealers hand, I own nothing. I do have $28,000+ cash into it. Response: I do not believe there is a spare (I did not see, but will have Dealer ask owner). If not let me buy one or else perhaps pay you an amount agreed upon for your risk of having to patch/fix ($50?). As far as bearings go, The Dealer said they don't let them out unless they have been packed well, but as far as inspection, etc., I do not have anything set up. (2/25/2006)

Response: Ron: I have enjoyed our email conversations and would feel good about using you. I hope this helps you out with your planning: I would like to secure your services, buy accepting this bid, however, subject to any unforseen problem with title. Would this be agreeable to you so we can both move forward. How do I accept the bid and indicate this, I am new at this. We have not yet talked about pick up date, delevery date.
