Response: Hi Bill, The material I am shipping is several shelves and teaching "toys" mostly of wood that would be in boxes. My brother-in-law seems to think that the shelves may be a problem unless they were turned upright. My concern would be rain. Some of the stuff is paper or items of wood that would be ruined if it rained on them. However, if there is a way to secure the items with a tarp, it may work. What size pick-up truck do you have? Response: Hi Rick, That sounds awesome! Here's the deal. I am flying to DE on the 19th to my sister's house to pack up the teaching materials I want. My sister wants everything out on the 20th, so your timing is GREAT! My brother-in-law measured it to fit into a 120 cubic feet or less. There are four 60"x10"x28" shelves, one 36"x30"x12" shelf and a couple of other thin book holders. Most The four shelves that are the same size have wheels on them. Everything else will be packed in boxes. What we want to know is this: 1. Do you need help with moving the boxes and shelves? 2. What is your preferred box weight and/or size? The reason I ask is because some of the material is all wood, and can get heavy. 3. Can you pick up the shipment in the evening - before it gets dark? Also, I is fine for you to deliver the goods in July on the dates you gave me. We are very flexible on the receiving end, but pretty specific on the pick-up date. Thanks you so much!
